This was a bathroom break on the way home from North Carolina. It is located in a rural area and there was a line for the only bathroom in the place. The bathroom wasn’t clean(okay, it was dirty), but it wasn’t so filthy that I felt violated after using it or needed to disinfect myself. I just kind of levitated above the toilet seat and made sure I washed my hands well prior to exiting lest the door handle have as many germs as the bathroom appeared to have. I gathered that management was frustrated with people not disposing of their trash properly because in the fountain drink area on the back of a machine where napkins and other additions were, there was a hand written sign that read, «Unless your mama or girlfriend is going to clean up your mess, keep it up. Signed, Management.» I kind of chuckled to myself about it and wished that I had brought my phone in with me to take a picture. The store was not dirty like the bathroom, but not immaculate either. I guess it is true what they say, «Out of sight, out of mind.» The man behind the counter was friendly and efficient.
