Frederick’s of Hollywood

I needed to come update this Unilocal as well. This time I came in a few weeks ago and the girl was very nice and friendly. I got some awesome stuff at great price and a nice selection. I really just have to say the first fitting room on the left has a lamp that is to low and it always hits my elbow or something when I am changing .It is really annoying lol. Other then that I was happy with service and the girl being so nice the day that I went shopping here.

I have never done this in my life but the experience I just had at one of your stores was so ghastly I needed to let your business know. I went to Fredericks in the Parkway Plaze mall in El Cajon California specifically to buy thigh highs for my upcoming wedding. I asked the ladies behind the counter if they have ever seen any that were tan hoes and white lace tops. She glared up at me from eating her food and told me no, that she had never even heard of such a thing. I think eating at the register is quite unprofessional and it took away from her being able to help me. I proceeded to look at the rounder of thigh highs to see if there were any I liked. Then I turned back and asked if there were any that were sheer. She scoffed at me, glanced at her co worker, and told me that they were all sheer. I went back to looking and brought one package to her counter and opened it only to find out it had a sticky substance under the lace. I then asked if they all had that it if there were any that didn’t. She rolled her eyes and came out from behind the counter and found me one in a small. I’ve tried on thigh highs before and even though I am a small on the sheet they don’t fit my thighs correctly. I brought this package to the counter again to open it and check the width of the lace against my thigh. At this time the lady spoke up and said I wasn’t allowed to open the packages. Her co worker sneered while whispering that I had already opened another package, mind you I was standing two feet away and could obviously hear her. I then asked how I am supposed to know if they fit or not and she told me to look at the size chart on the back. I told her that I had strange shaped thighs and that even though it said it would fit I could assure her that it probably wouldn’t. She said that is too bad but I still couldn’t open the package. At this time I was fed up with their rudeness and how unwilling they were to help me find what I needed and so I put the package back and rushed out of the store with my sister. I have worked retail and customer service and I know how frustrating it can be but never in my life have I rolled my eyes to a customer or acted like they were completely inconveniencing me. Especially when there were no other customers to service and they were just eating behind the counter. I had gone in to your store specifically to purchase those thigh highs, and once I saw the sale I thought I would be spending even more. Now, I am still searching for my wedding thigh highs and I will probably never be returning to Fredericks again. The taste in my mouth is that sour. I am sorry that you have two women like that representing your company. If I had not been so perturbed I would have asked their names so I could tell you specifically. I hope they take their job a little more seriously in the future.
