I Used to eat here often but haven’t in a while. I noticed they changed their name slightly was Great Kahns and now is Genghis Kahn. Well since they changed their name their prices rose about $ 1 for the entrée and the extra noodle doubled in price and you get a smaller bowl of noodles. There are still pretty much the same ingedients. My experience today was not great. The guy who puts on the sauces started putting in hot sauce and soy then started walking away, I had to call him back to add my lemon and oyster sauce. I thought this guy was quite rude. I told him I had bought extra noodle and showed the guy the receipt and he said ok. He added the first bowl of noodle and kept cooking the he seemed pissed when I reminded him again I purached extra. I don’t get what the problem with the employees is. The Mission Valley location is much better and as of a few months ago still cheaper. Unfortunately this is still probably the best place to eat at Parkway.

The food is great, but the cook has trouble listening to you. I eat here at least once a week or twice a month for many years now. I like my noodle a little juicy so I always tell the cook to add double(sometime triple) of every sauce they got. And each time, he gives me one spoonful of sauce. It’s unfortunate I always come here and it’s always the same cook :(

Learn how to stack guys! the first time i came here boy was i not ready at all. The 2nd time around i learned how to squish and shove and stack like no other. for $ 10 bucks you better get your money’s worth! the eat are frozen so its hard to push it all down and not break the meat thats why i shove my bell peppers/brocolli on the side to fill the gap: D

My boyfriend loves this place! It it pretty awesome. You pay a flat fee $ 9 I believe, and you get to build your own stir fry bowl… no limitations!!! This is amazing because most places these days try to get away with giving you a little less, and here you can get as much as you want! Choose any it all the meats, veggies, sauces that you want! Then hand it over to the nice cook to fry up with noodles or rice. It’s fresh and delicious! A great fresh choice amongst the other typical mall foods. Only down side is if you get stuck behind someone who is forever filling up their bowl on the redic side, waiting for a side to be filled, takes all of the broccoli(literally the full bin!) and then demands the cook clean and scrape the grill before cooking her ridiculous heaping bowl:/ Other than a wait because of other customers not the cooks it’s a great mall food court option!!!:)

This is probably one of the best locations to eat at this particular mall. What am I saying… if you ever go to mall and they have a Genghis Khan or Great Khan, or anything that has«KHAN» in it your probably in for a good meal. Just make sure you layer your meat in a circular motion and press down to ensure you have the maximum amount of food for your money. Also if you have someone that is next to you in line and is waiting while you stuff your bowl, politely tell them to «GOAROUND!!#!#» Lastly but not least, make sure you get every sauce available to you. And like someone said in a previous post. make sure you get some lemonade across the way.

Definitely a fan of Great Khan’s at Parkway Plaza. They don’t get all butt hurt when you smash your meat into the bowl to fit more ingredients and it always taste great. You really can’t go wrong for the place. I take mine w/noodles, double garlic, great khan sauce, fish sauce, cilantro, pineapple, onions and beef w/a touch of Siracha. It’s damn good… just start workin’ on your smashing technique.

The worst service I have ever had. 2 orders under cooked to the point where we couldn’t even eat them. Try to get a refund or customer service and you will be completely ignored. Horrible company.

Funny how some guys can get so impressed here. Maybe they need to get out more, LOL! ok, so what can you say for MALLFOOD? I mean, how great can it get? This place is ok, and that’s about it. They pour on a gallon of salty soy sauce, if you don’t tell them not to do it. If you like the fun of filling your own bowl and piling on as much as you can smash in, then that is a fun part of it. I do think this is one of the best food stations in the food court at Pkwy Plaza. The noodles are really good, the sauce mix you add to it is always good, and the food is piping hot! So for under $ 9 bucks, you get to grub out, so all in all a decent place to refuel.

I went to this place in Parkway Plaza today. Cool idea! Fill your bowl full of meat, veggies, cover it with some sauces, and then they cook it for you. I got the number 2, the works, with the soup and the rice. This location was kind of lame in that the soup and rice were just warm, not hot. That always scares me, that it will make me sick, so I did not eat them and mentioned it to the manager. She gave me 2 doll hairs back so that was good. But the stuff I picked and they cooked was all good. I liked it a bunch. Great mall food, for mall food.
