Heilig’s Tree Service

Heilig’s Tree Service… quoted me 15 THOUSAND DOLLARS for the removal of a tree… this ain’t no sequoia or redwood either…
Sure was quick to answer their phone calls. and made it out the same day for an estimate for a large tree removal.
I met with Ron and Don… seemed like handy guys…
offering a 15 THOUSAND DOLLAR QUOTE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ONE HUGE PINE TREE… BAZINGA… (raised eyebrow) hmmmmm
Seems a little steep to me. but we will see how it goes… I don’t have the time to shop around, but I just might in this case… for 15 THOUSAND DOLLARS TO REMOVE A TREE, that is a lot of Benjamin’s to spend without a second or third opinion…
Just a note… Tree Trimmers work hard for their money… but SO DO I…
Just hope I am not getting set up to be ripped off… hmmmm time will tell… and so will the Wise Old Tree and the Wise Old Owl that sits upon that tree… speak to the tree… it will speak to you…

My husband called Ron for a written estimate, after Ron stopped by to see if we were going to cut that 15K tree down… wow… have never heard back… I wonder if maybe they realized that we got smart to their «over quote the dumb people game»
I also contacted my tree trimmin buddy in Washington State… and he straight said that quote was LUDACRIS… word to the wise… be careful with these guys… I am sure they do great work… but be careful on their quotes… I won’t be going with Heilig, not for 15K to tear down a tree…

My family has used Heilig for years. They know what they’re doing, a professional, trustworthy company.

Ron returned my call promptly and was very friendly. He showed up exactly when he said he would and patiently answered all my questions. He was just as prompt in giving me a quote, which easily beat two other companies I talked with.
They showed up this morning ready to work! I don’t think they even took a break. In just one day they trimmed two large trees and removed another. The trees look natural and are shaped beautifully.
I’m even more impressed with the way they cleaned up. I was left with a nice stack of firewood. Everything else was chipped, raked, blown or hauled away. The area looks much better then before they arrived.

I had a very large tree grown over my house and power lines. Ron Heilig met with me and carefully explained the procedure of how his crew would solve my problem. Instead of cutting down the whole tree, Ron’s crew trimmed it back away from my home and power lines. They also were careful not to disturb my landscape and cleaned up everything they cut. Price was very reasonable. I also checked to make sure his company was licensed, bonded and insured (which they were). I highly recommend these guys!
