Service sucks make sure you check your orders before leaving they always mess up the orders.

This place poor poor poor on everything this is the 2^nd time they got my order wrong I swear I’m not coming back to this place management needs to take care of this I hate when you guys have my order wrong

Ordered 2 jumbo jacks with no Tomatoes and no cheese and I get the order and I have 2 jumbo jacks with cheese and tomatoes, don’t go to this place!

Ordered two tacos, plain chicken sandwich and small fry.
1.) Tacos were cold and hard.
2.) Bun on chicken sandwich completely burnt.
3.) Fries were cold to touch.
I’m pretty sure JIB has been in business long enough to know how to serve these basic items hot and fresh. I guess I’m spoiled by the JIB in Rancho. I’ve never had a bad meal there. I wish there was consistency with places like this. I guess it’s God’s way of telling me this place will make you fat and give u ulcers.

This location has a really clean bathroom and clean inside. Workers are always doing their best to get your food done as fast as possible. Myra and George are also extremely nice managers and will do anything to make sure your order is correct. Very good service here and my favorite JITB by far. Btw, nothing beats the Oreo shakes here! Try their 2 for $ 1 tacos. They’re addicting and just happen to be one of my favorite things ever. Yummmm

This is ONLY the Jack in El Cajon, on Chase ave. Not good. My Jumbo Jack had a very hard bottom. The Curly Fries where old tasting. My wife’s sandwich was spicy, but not suppose to be. Please avoid if possible.

I only regret that I cannot give them zero stars. This Jack is always out of things and they don’t always tell you… the other day I stopped by and they were out of tortillas. Really? They also do not do special orders. I always have a dry sandwich and this store cannot do it. They always put mayo on even if they show on the screen no mayo.
Yuck! Don;t go there!

I go here all the time and the ONLY reason I do is it’s the closest fastfood joint near my house and my kids love their breakfast food for dinner. I cannot tell you how many times I will get home and my food is made wrong, food is missing, or I got items I didn’t order. I have gotten better about checking my bag to make sure I got all the items I ordered but more than 50% of the time they are made wrong. And when I have pulled away and noticed an error, I park, walk into the restaurant and tell them, usually the response is «oh, ok» not «sorry» and they never offer anything for my inconvenience. When I have time I drive to the one in La Mesa they are much better.

This was a weird visit today. I walked in late afternoon, the first thing I noticed as I walked in, an employee was sitting and eating having a loud conversation with an employees behind the counter. I even said when I walked in, «what is all the shouting about?» Of course, the employee sitting at the table just gave me a smirk than proceeded with her loud conversation. It was weird. To make matters worse, when I was at the counter, the loud conversation continued across and over me as I stood there ready to order. Once again I made a comment: «why are you guys yelling» and then I got a laugh. I really do not think they got it.
Anyways, I ordered their Sirloin Burger Combo with no sauce and with swiss cheese. The food came out rather quickly. The Burger was a pretty good size (
) and the patty was huge as well (
). The burger was good and flavor full. Although, the sirloin patty was big, it was a little on the dry side. The fries were nice and hot and the un-​sweeten ice I had was perfect.
To rap this up, I just want to make a note, that the loud conversation keep going. It really picked up when the employees started to walk around cleaning and wiping the place up. I watched other patrons that were there, and I could see that they kept looking up at the employees and probably thinking: «will you shut the heck up, I am trying to enjoy my meal here,» Just weird, in my opinion.
The food was descent but the ambiance was annoying. 3 stars for food and 2 for the ambiance which equals 2.5 in my book.

Service is really bad! Takes forever! Don’t go during your lunch you wont have time to eat!
