Horrible experience, on the phone they were nice and so were the prices,
when I got there they treated me very rudely. They told me on the phone one thing, when I got there they pretended they didn’t offer me the prices and service they did on the phone.
They finally sold me what I wanted but it was cracked and the price was NOT as they said in the telephone call.
Under direst and foul looks from the head shop guy and the two front office ladies with the sourest looks on their faces; as they brought the product outside,
I walked towards them and the unit and they told me go over and stand next to my car until they got closer then as they got closer I walked towards them and they were NOT affable or nice at all (and I am a very kind hearted & affable person),
at this point I knew I was dealing with some real _________’s and I asked can I touch it? They said no you have to pay first. I paid them the inflated price because I was on a deadline.
THEN as I sat in my vehicle looking for someone else on my phone that could finish the product (earlier on the phone they said they would do one alteration on the unit at no charge but they lied)
I asked them if they could recommend someone and they asked me to leave the property and I never cussed or raised my voice or anything.
Because they so rudely rushed me out of there I never got a chance to carefully inspect the unit when I got home I noticed it was cracked but I’m not going back to those horrible people.
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Very unprofessional and they lied to me. STAY FAR AWAY from from these LIARS!!!

We just purchase 8 modular tables from Omni Pacific and they’re great! We use the tables daily and they are incredibly durable. You can arrange them in a multitude of ways which fits our needs for meetings, trainings and presentations. The customer service was top notch!
