My boyfriend and I are used to Panda, so we decided to try pick up stix today… BESTDECISIONEVER. The food is fresh and well priced, not to mention completely delicious. PANDANOMORE, this is your go to fix for Asian fusion cuisine.

The food is so bland! Very disappointed! Will not return. Go somewhere else fir Asian food. The wonton soup was bland.

Best Bourbon Chicken and Fried Rice. Great customer service. Their lunch deal is better than their dinner unless you order the family platter. Still, they are courteous and swift. A great place to grab and go.

My hub brought home a pupu platter that could feed a family of 10 holy moly there was so much food. It was very filling. The meats were delicious, the cheese filled wontons, and rice. We had leftovers for lunch the next day. He said the customer service was great too.

Super friendly and helpful staff member at the check out. Clean store, looks fairly new. Smells great! Love that the food comes out in boxes ready to go if you don’t finish what you ordered, smart! I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, pretty tasty-not as spicy as I had expected.

Have to drop a star from previous review. After using this place at least half a dozen times and enjoying it, last night I picked up an order of Chicken Chow Mein that had no chicken in it! It was correct on the order so I think it was an oversight by the cook, but what a disappointment to have just noodles & veggies in my box when I got home.

House chicken is the best. I have never ordered anything else but I assume it’s good. All you have to know is House Chicken… Did I say House Chicken yet? I’m addicted! Also wonton Wednesday(30 cents each)!!

This place is awesome, so much better than the nasty La Mesa location with their gross manager. Anyway, Cristina one of the managers here always remembers my name she is soooo nice and the very handsome cooks always get my order right, I am knocking a star off though because my favorite employee with the big bun and gorgeous eyelashes doesnt seem to work there anymore and sometimes that was the only reason I came in. But keep up the good work Rancho SD store !

My boyfriend and I just visited today and I have got to say that the customer service was beyond what I would have expected from any fast food place. They were very helpful, very nice, and very professional. The food was amazing! They even let us have free samples of different things on the menu because it was our first time there! Love it and I’m definitely going back! Plus the yogurt they sell is incredible!

I came in today for chow mien and orange chicken. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Probably the nicest I’ve seen in a while. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. I took a star because there was barely any chicken and whatever was there was drowning in sauce. Not to mention that there was more orange and those crunchy things(not sure what they’re called, lol). The chow mien was just not good. I took another star because I paid 11 dollars for a box of chow mien and a box of orange chicken. Waste of money.

I love pick up sticks always but this location also gave really good customer service. I had ordered the wrong thing by accident over the phone(they had similar names) so when I got there they quickly made me the other meal, let me keep the other one, and gave me a drink while I waited. The food was on point as well. Very satisfied! :)

Customer service was WOW! Friendly, wasn’t sure about getting the orange chicken because the cashier told me it was spicy she asked me if I was going to share with my son(2 yrs old) and told he yes and gladly told me she would put the spicy things on the side! Fast in and out within 10 min prob less!

I usually will go to Panda Express in Rancho but got a coupon in the mail so I figured why not. I ordered the house chicken with white rice, and the wife ordered the General Tsao’s chicken with steamed veggies. The food was hot and good and the staff was very attentive. There was nothing bad about my visit… except for the sign flipper outside, who BTW was flipping a sign for Round Table Pizza, taking a 20 min dump and holding up the restroom. I finally just used the ladies. Go use the bathroom at Round Table!!! But don’t worry, I put the seat back down when I was done.

Haven’t had pick up stick in ages… Had to get my Chinese food fix since I was disappointed by my last visit at a Chinese place. Pick up stick at this location is very clean, atmosphere was really nice which was something I did not expect. Great service, the food came in a Togo box just invade you did not finish.

Had my good times here eating and thinking its truly the best. But, I got to grow up and gained some wisdom; that being said… People(it isn’t what it used to be) pick up stix lowered their quality of foods and raised their prices which makes me a very unhappy customer. I still enjoy eating their orange chicken and rice. I find that dish still has its original taste and flavor.

For quite a number of years I have been eating at Pick Up Stix in Rancho San Diego. Shortly after I began they added the Shrimp Pad Thai noodles. I love that. The thing that stopped me from going back for a number of years was that they were inconsistent with preparing the dish. Like they had a drunken chef or two chefs who could not agree on the recipe. When there is not too much sauce it’s great. Last time I was there… a few weeks ago, they were empty around Thanksgiving. I enjoyed a great Shrimp Pad Thai dish with so many shrimp I wanted to go back and say thank you. But I forgot. One last thing. NEVER have any employees ever been rude or unfavorable. They are usually young girls and they are very sweet and polite. I will try again and if it is consistently good… I would love to continue to enjoy that dish again once in a while.

There’s a lot of good things about living in El Cajon. There’s a liquor store and –berto’s on about every corner, crack is cheap and plentiful and 80K+ apartment units guarantees a veritable cornucopia of sex offenders, gagnstas and people like me who live here because it’s close to work. Seriously, there’s a ton of good folks out here and I think a lot of us were excited when we heard that Pick Up Stix was going to start delivery. Chinese food delivery in El Cajon? Yeah, we’re movin’ on up! To the top! To a deeelux berg in the East County, right? Not so fast there Cletus. Pick Up Stix must be to Chinese food what Taco Bell is to good Mexican. I was totally suckered because my lazy ass didn’t want to cook or go 2 blocks away for China Diamond. 2 entrees, 2 apps and $ 34(not including tip) later I realized the error of my ways. IFYOUGO– The only saving grace of PUS(I don’t think that’s just an unfortunate acronym) was the apps. Cream chz wantons and lettuce wraps. They should just take everything else off the menu. I mean they put zucchini in my Kung Pao shrimp… Really?
