Subway

Cashier asked me if I wanted chips and a drink, from which I replied yes. She proceeded to ring me out just for my sandwich. When I asked for my chips and drink she seemed confused… then decided to just ring me out for chips and drink separately which I was fine with but later realized it was more expensive because it wasn’t a meal bundle.
Personally I don’t care about the price too much but I am frustrated that I paid more due to the cashiers mistake… shouldn’t it be the other way around? First and last time eating at this location.

I’m only giving one star because the guy that made my sandwich tonight was sweet and did great… But whoever the broad was that was working with the sweet-​obviously new– man that made my sandwich was so incredibly rude acting like he was stupid and stating «I’m so pissed right now» to him in front me. I am huge on customer service and professionalism. I don’t care wether it’s subway or a 5 star restaurant you do not talk to an employee like that in front of any customer. Just wanted to let you know how disgusted I was with her actions. Not to mention the dirty looks I received for loudly letting him know he did great and that I was thankful. Not to mention she scraped off the hard stuff at the end of the mustard bottle with her BARE HANDS!!! EEWWWWW! Talk about unsanitary. Whoever the blonde girl who was closing with this man on 08/​17/​2015 at 9:20 pm should be put in her place. And to the man that made my sandwich thank you! I wish to see you be treated better next time I’m by. Subway… Maybe you should learn to evaluate before you hire people…

Staff was rude. Gave attitude when I asked for more olives on my six inch. Then gave me and my friend a glare. Saw one guy drop a piece of salami in tuna then put it back into the general salami bin. Prior two times I’ve been, orders have been messed up. Only giving two stars cuz my sandwich was the only redeeming factor.
