I have never walked into this Jersey Mikes and felt unwelcome. The consistent happy professesionalism is just as important to me as the food. Come to think of it, I haven’t ever regretted anything i ever ordered here either. Thank you and Keep up the good work!

Customer service was by far the best I’ve had in a long time! I cannot express how much I appreciated that! And the sandwiches were delicious and so fresh!!! Will def be going back and recommending it to everyone

I’ve eaten at several of the local jersey mikes around town. This one is by far the best of the bunch. The sandwiches are consistent from one visit to the next. I don’t feel like the manager is telling the employees to skimp on portions to increase profit. The staff is cool and always cheerful and ready to help. My favorite by far.

Someone told me this place is like subway so I had low expectations waking in… it’s not at all. first of all it doesn’t stink like fake meat and the sandwiches have more filling. A bit more expensive but they are 15 instead of 12(under) inches. The place was clean for lunch hour and service was fast and friendly.

You know I love a good sub. Sadly I don’t understand why people get so hyped about this place. I’m not a huge fan. I feel as if though you can get the same sandwich at a lower price at an alberstons. Plus the ordering process is weird the menu is awkward to me. Oh and that weird mix of vinegar and oil is old school. I don’t see no Giardiniera anywhere ?! HA old school. but what about other stuff? Like chipotle mayo?! «We don’t want to ruin the flavor of our subs «well too bad I was trying to enhance it.

This has to be the most disgusting store that I have ever been into. There were no people when we came in and the place has food all over the floor on the customer seating area. Now to the back, even worse. As a professional in food service I’m disgusted to even be in here. The food and gloves all over the floor, employees cussing as my 4 year old is waiting for his sandwich. Not professional at all, and I will never be returning to this location ever.

Everything about my experience was present, except ONE thing… They done accept tips. This location and the santee ones are the only ones that don’t accept tips. I think that’s kinda ridiculous and wrong. I’m sure there are «reasons» but I feel the owners of the company should make each store feel equal.
Otherwise. My sandwich was delicious. Even though I asked for a #8 and got a #7. The way it was made– was great and made up for the mix up.

Bought Jersey Mike’s subs for first time today, meat is good, bacon was over cooked, bread is tough. Veggies, condiment selection nothing to write home about. Might try again but probably won’t.

Fantastic sandwich shop. Great prices for the sandwich you get. The condiment selections are not all in view so if you want like green bell peppers you need to just ask. They slice the meat right in front of you so you know it is fresh.

I arrived before 9:00 saw they had a family in the store, I was on the road all day and my small dog needed to go so I let her out, did her business put her back in truck the family was just coming out as I was walking up, the employees saw me earlier and as I reached the door it was locked and the light turned off, my cell phone said it was 8:51 so I looked inside and the two girls were laughing, I guess they had a hot date and didn’t want to make another sandwich, so I went to «on the border» and had a wonderful meal thanks again for sending me to on the border

At first I was taken back to the East Coast kind of style of subs and they were tasty as heck but upon several visits (hoping my imagination was wrong) realized the oily mayonaise-​y flavor and mess was too much. I was grossed out from then on. Dang.

So the people that work here are exceptionally nice and super fast with your order. But I ordered the Baja Chicken Wrap and didn’t even finish half of it. It’s basically a tortilla with lettuce, chicken and pace picante salsa. Poor. Gross. Waste of almost $ 9. Should’ve gone to a real deli and gotten a sandwich. I haven’t tried anything else here so maybe other things are good but I’m not going back.

It was my second time trying Jersey Mikes, and the first time was in Texas. I heard good things but I didn’t find it to be anything great. I went during lunch time but that’s still no excuse. I got a chicken bacon ranch sub. The chicken was very dry and didn’t have much flavor. They gave me white bread when I asked for wheat (and they only have two choices of bread, cmon!) and last but not least, they confused my bf’s «no lettuce» with my sandwich so I had to ask for it to be added.
My bf got a buffalo chicken wrap. He didn’t like his chicken either (and it’s different from the chicken on the sub). He didn’t even finish the wrap because he didn’t like it. He even apologized for picking the place for lunch!
We both will likely not be going back.

We love this place. The subs are kind of pricey but they pretty good. I like the Californian Mikes way. So good. Join the club on your phone and you get better savings. Once a year they have a charity event where you get a free sub by donating to the cause

My wife and I visted this location and it did not dissapoint. We each ordered the #13. Staff was attentive and courteous. It was also a busy time of day and we didnt end up waiting that long in line. We ate inside as well. Overall it was a good experience.

This is my first time eating at a Jersey Mike’s and I even lived in New Jersey for awhile. I regret not coming here before because the sub I had was freakin good! I had the #7 which is the «Turkey Breast and Provolone». I got the 15″ on wheat. And since it was first time here, I got a free cookie. They call it,” Free cookie for a rookie”. Haha. It’s definitely different than my usual Subway. The selection isn’t as much and it’s a little pricey, but the customer service was outstanding. Fast and friendly. And most importantly the food tasted fresh and had some tasty seasonings to add. I came to the one in El Cajon and next time I’ll hit up the one closer to my pad in Otay. Later…

I stopped in Mike’s for some dinner, and since I hadn’t had a Philly Steak Sandwich, so I went that route and for kicks, I added some bacon to it for a dollar extra. I also asked for a bag of garden sun chips. (

The Philly came packed with hot off the griddle thinly sliced tender steak (
), and the provolone cheese was melted throughout the steak which made for a sticky mess, in a good way of course. (
) I dug it. The bacon was a great add on because it added a crunchy element to the sandwich, although more would of been nice. Also, the peppers and onions were tender and the onions were slightly sweet. (
) The bread was good, moist from the heat of the meat, and had a light chewy texture. My only beef, not pun intended, for almost $ 8, the sandwich should be at least 8 inches, not the 7 inches or less that mine was, but still a good Philly.
The service was good, and the guy who took my order was pretty funny. I like their ordering system because it smooth and efficient.
