My husband and I have shopped for all of our jewelry here and always have great service. In fact we drive from where we live in city heights to this location even though it’s out of our way. It’s always clean and the workers have always been very welcoming and have never been pushy or made us feel like they were trying to get in our pockets. We will definitely continue to give them our business as the experience has always been pleasant.

So i came back in and i found out that they are under new management. The new manager made everything right with me. I came in explaining my situation and she was able to take my ring back i was able to get a new/​better promise ring she also discounted it for me aswell and took care of business! I was honestly filled with stress and anxiety but when i explained what i had to deal with in the past she took it and turned around.

Today was much better. Tara was super friendly, kind and efficient. I hope she is here every time I come back. Nothing like before six month ago the service here was terrible. Great job Tara! Keep up the super customer service.

DO NOT BUY YOUR JEWLERY FROM THIS STORE!!! My Fiancé proposed to me in December 2013. He Bought the ring in November. My Diamond has fallen out TWICE now within 6 months. They can NOT guarantee you for life. Conveniently they have a 60 day return policy in which they will NOT give you a refund if anything happens and you are dissatisfied. Not to mention, the first time I went to try and solve the problem all the lady in the store did was try to UP SELL ME! They should really try not to hire such desperate employees for commission. THIS SHOWS IN THESE KINDS OF SITUATIONS. On TOP of two of my diamonds falling out, they gave him a pair of diamond earing’s that did not match!!! I have been inconvenienced 3times now and what do I get? Told that I am the reason the diamond is falling out since it is triple checked before it leaves the store. I’m sure, just like you triple checked the pair of uneven earrings you have me. POOR QUALITY JEWLERY AND NOT WORTH THE THOUDSANDS OF DOLLARS YOU PAY. Horrible way to do business and I do not recommend ANYONE going to this chain of jewelers!!!

Don’t waste your time here. I bought my husbands wedding ring here, $ 2500. He bought my ring here, $ 3500. I also just bought him a $ 600 Bulova watch for our 1^st anniversary here. Never again, will I spend a dime here and I have buyers remorse for spending $ 6k at this store. I’m an idiot. #1. My ring: 2 months I took it in because the middle stone was loose. Sent to repair for 2 wks. 4 months later, took it in again because I had another jeweler look at it and the big stone was CRACKED. The whole ring was replaced but now my current ring has a huge «flaw» on the top of the big diamond. At least the cracked one was at the bottom, not too noticeable. 8 months later, in the shop again because the big diamond was loose. 9 months after that? Same thing but this time & took it back in 3 DAYS after getting it back BECAUSE THE STONE WAS LOOSE and it’s back in the shop for the 4^th time, same issue. This is a nice ring too. Supposedly. #2. Husbands ring: picked it up a month before our wedding date. 1 week into wearing it, his finger blistered, went to the Doctor and he’s allergic to Gold. Who knew. Went back to exchange the ring. No doing. He can get a $ 200 sterling silver ring (not allergic) and we can have $ 700 credit (losing $ 1,600) at the store on something else. Needless to say, the ring is sitting in a box for a year and we went and bought him a sterling silver/​Diamond ring elsewhere the same day. The watch: went to buy it 2 wks ago and they totally tried OVER CHARGING ME! The watch was on sale for $ 449.00 but they tried to sell it to me for $ 721 when the regular price was $ 599.00. After I showed them via my iPhone that the watch was $ 449 with them, only then did they let me have it at that price. Check their website. Final straw: another employee comes up to the lady that is helping me, and trust me I’ve been a very patient, good customer (an idiot maybe) and all of a sudden they start talking Spanish and have a 3 – 4 minute conversation in Spanish in front of me. Rudest thing ever. We’re in America, El Cajon, speak English, I’m YOUR customer whom your making commission off of for my stupidity. How would you like it if I was helping you and started speaking in another language YOU didn’t know? So finally, I will never spend another dime there and I don’t have my wedding ring on my finger because it’s in the shop again. Out of 24 months, they’ve had it for 2+months, plus an entire replacement. I hope this review helps in your decision. Please go somewhere else in hopes of getting what you pay for, quality, great customer service, and happiness in your jewelry. You won’t find any of that here. At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if I took this ring to another jeweler again and he told me it was plastic.

Came in today to get a ring fixed. It would be $ 35.00 to fix. That is more then I want to spend. These sales ladies were professional but relentless. I almost had to run out of here before they made me apply for their in store line of credit. They have nice items and decent prices. Do not come here to lookie lou let me tell you! I would come back again though.

Go to Yizeth Lily! She is awesome. Gives the best customer service and is super friendly. We go every month to pay our bill and visit. Will continue to shop there.

Run! I took a very nice diamond watch here (we were seeing a movie and it was close) HUGE mistake. I had lost a pin and asked them to fix it. They removed a link and joined the watch. It was so tight I had a very difficult time getting it on. I complained and the guy who fixed or told me to wear it tight. The manager said, force it on! would make my wrist smaller! I’m not a large person. 116 pounds. They still charged 16.00for. Useless watch. No way in heck m bringing my grandfathers diamonds to be set here.
