The apartment complex is just a place to live in. It is walking distance from BART, Safeway, IHOP, Orchard Supply, Starbucks, and AC Transit Bus. Minus two stars for not being modern and not having a property manager. Not having a property manager on site is a plus, so I can have more freedom on who I bring over :-). I have stepped up and took the task of rolling out the trash cans, cleaned up the complex, committed guerrilla gardening, and brought complex up to code compliance. As I recommend, don’t let the ghetto elements make the neighborhood, a decent person has to step and and make the neighborhood decent. Few years ago there used to be problem people living on the complex, but the landlord has cleared them.
