Triple check your transactions in this store carefully or YOUCANGETCHEATEDBYSALESSTAFF. Instead of a refund for a return, sale girl charged me again for that return. I did asked her why no return printed on the receipt and she assured me that that is how their return is printed per their system. She lies! Now my credit card is CHARGEDTWICE for a pair of shoe that I have returned. When I dispute the double charges, the store insisted that I did not make the return. So I am charged TWICE in two days for a pair of shoe that I did not even have.

Trust we guys I had the worst customer service of my life here in this store. The guy was very rude because we were looking at the shoes for long time. I was basically trying to get a nice pair of formal shoes. Bottom line definitely not coming back here. Advice to mgmt: Hire someone who loves to work with people.

Ok… ew. Walked in and the store smelled like urine. The shoes were not in any kind of order and the prices were insane. Yes it may say sale but that doesnt help when the sticker price is obviously a mark up. I wont be going back

They let a criminal use a fraudulent credit card on February 14, 2016 for the amount of $ 204.55 without checking his identification. This business literally lets criminals get away with theft by not caring enough to check IDs. Avoid this shady business!

I’ve gone by this place over the last few years and have found nothing of substance that is worth buying inside this store. The shoes are overpriced for a place that is suppose to be discounted. I found a pair of Nike’s for $ 90.00 bucks! Sorry went to the Nike outlet and found them for $ 55.00 not sure if it was misprinted but when I asked the guy«it’s the price listed» thanks for not helping because that definitely didn’t help. Sorry not a good place to shop

Great selection for women. Not impressed with their 50% off selection when they mark their name brand shoes up enough to where 50% off is on par with all other retailers.

If you a like dusty shoe stores where organization is an after-thought and their most known brand is Skechers you’re in luck. We’ve found the place for you!

Get it together manager guy, I’m surprised he even has a job in retail. Telling a customer all db shoe stores close ten minutes early, and then counting your cash drawer fifteen minutes early in front of the store is bad business and pretty stupid also. So I had to use my card no problem at least don’t have an attitude and wave your finger, I’m sure your boyfriend loves that but not my pregnant fiancé, shoes are a great price but management sucks, cashier kid was cool thanks dude.

This DB Shoes location is the worst I’ve been to. The employee that i interacted with was rude and gave deliberately poor service. As I walked around and tried on shoes(and put them away if they didn’t work out), the employee working at the time spoke under his breath in front of me, «i just cleaned this aisle! I can’t believe i’m cleaning it again.» I didn’t say anything at the time but as soon as I went to check out, he never gave me a «thank you» or «did you find everything ok?» he just gave me the total, my change, and walked away before I was even done putting my stuff in my bag. I get that he doesn’t care and probably hates his job, but I didn’t do anything to deserve being treated like I ruined his night by shopping there. At this point I was furious and I told him, «You’re welcome» and he responded sarcastically by saying«No, you’re welcome»!!! I told him he was by far the rudest employee to a paying customer that i have ever encountered and all he could say was«I’m just doing my job.» It seems like others have had similar experiences at this store. Avoid this DB Shoes location. The frustration isn’t worth the money you might save.

I Approached what I believe is the manager while she was using her phone, she looked at me like I was crazy when I said«excuse me», asked a question, simply shook her head no, and returned to her phone. ALLWHILENEVERLEAVINGHERHUNCHEDOVERHERPHONEPOSITION.

Supposedly they are closed on Sunday at 7. Got here 6:45 and door is locked. There is atleast 5 people still working inside. I knocked on the door and they looked at each other, totally ignored me. Least thing they can do is to say sorry we are closed. So mad. I guess they want to go home early today. what’s the point to post store hours outside the door if they are not going to follow it.

I’m in LOVE! So many shoes… They have the retail price on the shoes, but then they have the«50% off» or whatever signs next to them, which makes it seem like you’re not gonna have to pay a lot for some shoes. So I went a little crazy and grabbed every shoe I wanted, without even thinking… tried them on and fortunately I put some back or else my wallet would be hurting. I mean… the shoes here are ridiculously cheap! I got 3 pairs of shoes for $ 60. 3 pairs! And only one was from the clearance section. Oh yes, the have a pretty good clearance section where the prices are actually significantly lower than the shoes that aren’t on clearance, unlike some other shoe stores. Oh and customer service. There really isn’t any. I wasn’t greeted, nobody asked me if I needed any help, but that’s okay, because I’m in my shoe shopping mood. I don’t wanna be bothered.

While browsing for shoes I overheard the staff making racist remarks directed at two elderly ladies who were asking for help. I will not patronize a store whose employees are this messed up. The staff should have been trained, or just not hired.

I remember when this place used to be a Shoe Pavilion. Still has the same layout and I think the same staff. This place is great if you know what you want and are okay with not getting anything if it’s not on the sales floor. I hate asking for help; luckily, no one here will provide any unsolicited help. It’s the perfect no-frills place for me. It’s hit or miss with shoes; but then, all places are. Bought rain boots here for $ 19.75, down from $ 44+. I was on a mission for just rain boots, so I did not look at their other shoes. Not a place I would go for running shoes — those have to be purchased at specialized sporting goods stores. But I would come back once I have secured the funds to rebuild my office shoe collection.

This is a great, inexpensive place to buy shoes. Huge selection, no-hassle shopping. I like New Balance, and they always have several good styles of them. The best thing – huge discounts(40−50% off) on many of the shoes, most of the time. Excellent customer service too – polite, friendly employees. I lost my receipt, but they still let me exchange a pair of shoes my husband didn’t like(in the box, in new condition, of course), for a pair for myself.
