What happened to here?
I used to ball out here every week a few years ago but it seems that as of for a year or 2 now it’s been getting worse and worse.
Customer service: used to be great I remember that guy a few years back who used to be funny and try to give a damn, but now? Nope.
The guy who said that they are going through the motions and don’t care was right.
Now I haven’t got to the wings: now they are a disappointment.
They are too small and taste worse than Tysons chicken lol.
I wish I could just buy the sauce separate, the sauce is good but the cooks don’t even make that right half of the time.
So employees who idgaf + repulsive chicken= I’m looking forward to Buffalo Wild wings!
…and I would rather go to rubios in the EC plaza instead

These guys are nothing special. The staff are just clocking in, putting in their C minus effort and clocking out. Most of the time you have to repeat some of your order cause they just can’t comprehend and work the register at the same time. The traditional wings aren’t really bad but they’re small and overpriced. The boneless are disgusting with a nasty wax coating taste — so skip those all together. The fries are pretty good and the various sauces for the wings are OK (salty though). The place is small with a tiny dinning area that is not very appealing. The bathrooms are just the basic «barely getting by» type.
One thing that irks me is the clientele: hoot rats, ghetto queens, kids (teens) and gang banger wannabes for the most part. The kinda folks that make you feel uncomfortable and not at ease. So, my advise is to go after the 10^th of the month to minimize this. (Yes…I went there… no shame in my game my friends)
Buffalo Wild Wings is far superior.

Went in at 10:30. After waiting in line for 10 minutes was told they were only taking orders to go despite closing at midnight and one other table still waiting for their food. I understand not taking dine-​in orders after 11pm since they’re one of the slowest restaurants around under normal circumstances, but I would have easily been out well before closing. Two thumbs down — walked out and will go to somewhere more customer oriented.

Worst service ever. Don’t come here. Saturday night walked in to pick up on to go order. There was no one at the counter. Yes you read that correct no one. After waiting 5 minutes. One girl came out looking like she just smoked some weed. I pay and I say where’s my order. She said a few minutes. 5 minutes pass and I see three more people come out and they start cooking. I ask again where my food. A few minutes she replies. So now total wait from time of ordering and me being in the store already at 40 minutes. If I didn’t pay already I would have just left. Finally after another ten minutes my food is ready. When I get home I realize they shorted me 10 wings. Wtf I order 30 they gave me 20 and made me wait almost an hour. Maybe when at work you shouldn’t be taking weed breaks with the whole crew. So if u want wing from them check before you leave and b prepared for an hour wait. All this on a Saturday night with 4 ppl working. Oh yeah they where hella high so I guess that’s just how they are.

Because one normal Tuesday night, i went in after work because my friend had told me that dingus doesn’t work there anymore or wasn’t there. Instead there was a girl who gave me and two other people attitudes when ordering.
All I did was walk up and looked at the menu to see what I wanted to order and this girl exclaims
«Are you here for pick up or order?» With the most disgusted look on her face like she didn’t need to deal with me…
I said i was going to order, I WOULDN’T BE PICKING UP IF I’M LOOKING AT THE MENU NOW WOULD I?!
Stupid… Absolutely no common sense, i made my order and waited for my wings for a while. I had to go get a drink from the nearby Lucky’s since their drinks suck and have too much of ice in it.
When i came to pick up my order it was just sitting there in front of me over the counter. The only two employees were in the back talking bs and relaxing without a care in the world. I wanted to see how long it would take them to realize me, until 3 minutes later with my head over the counter staring at them she walked over and noticed me, she gave me my wings and didn’t say a word, nice…
So in my second review, i’d like to say that you guys suck… You guys are terrible and should sell this wingstop. If I knew I was gunna get the service equivalent to the DMV then I’d just leave and warn others that the people in this restaurant give you dry chicken and attitudes like they didn’t finish school.
P. S. One of my friends also went in after I did coincidentally and called me to ask if a girl helped me there, I said yes and wasn’t surprised to find out she was very rude to him as well, something about insulting his intelligence. Anyways doing that to a customer/​person is WRONG, fire her!

Went in on a Tuesday for an iced tea. Had to ask me 3 times if I wanted it sweetened or not. Jeez. How hard is it to remember 1 item?
I had a couple bucks left over and saw the poster advertizing 60¢ boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday. So… I asked for 2. Well 60¢ each doesn’t mean 60¢ each at Wingstop. You can’t buy one… or two… or three… or even four. You have to get 5. Why can’t they be honest and say Boneless Chicken Wings 5 for $ 3? I know it’s petty but I hate dishonest business practices.

Came here about 9:30 on a wednesday night. My friends and I wanted to watch the game and eat some wings. Came in asked if they would change the chanel for the Giants game and they said no. Mind you we were the only people in the place and the TV was already on sports chanels. Ok maybe they didnt have the controls butvthen I looked behind her and saw the remote. Not cool! Guess I won’t be coming back here.

Best customer service of all the Wing Stop locations. If your order isn’t correct they go above and beyond to fix it! That’s how customers are supposed to be treated. Highly recommend!

I had a craving for wings, so I stopped by the nearest Wing Stop… I should have kept going because I think I increased my risk of hypertension by ten from this visit. Not only were the wings heavily salted, but I had to scrape off the extra salt on the fries. Won’t be coming back for anything except maybe some celery and carrot sticks… Hold the salt.

We ordered 4 large French fries and the resultant wasn’t even busy and we were waiting for over 40 minutes!!! Ridiculously horrible service.

Guy over the phone was rude and wings was decent. Fries was good though. I wish they would treat their customer properly.

OMG. If I cooked anything like this I would lay down on the train tracks and kill myself. Who says chicken has to be cooked to the point where it is as dry as the Oakland Hills before the fire?:I know. … the kids want the juicy «sauce» to soakv into the desiccated skin of those hormone infested wings but really. $ 20 for 10 sticks canned beans and one of the worst examples of potato salad I’ve ever tried to taste? Save your money and learn how to cook. Most god awful stuff I’ve ever had.
Oh yes. Some guy said try them plain. If you only want the sauce then I guess it won’t matter. But cooking anything other than water «plain»? Only if you’re 13. I had my plain. Gag

They don’t answer their phones!!!

The wings are very small and expensive.
Fries taste great!
Diet Coke tastes good!
I prefer Buffalo Wild Wings.

I feel like for the price it is not worth it.
When my wings came out I was like man! Why so small, smalls? Lolz. I mean the flavor was good I ordered the garlic Parmesan cheese one and the BBQ ones but there was more bone then meat on my order.
I think your better off getting some chicken wings at the store and make em yourself.

This place does not work for me. Period.
Food takes over 15 minutes for wings and fries and their drink station is behind the counter. The staff are usually in the back so you have to shout «Excuse me» to get their attention to refill your soda. You get a full loaded basket of fries that is well seasoned, and the chicken is somewhat decent, but nothing that really stand out nor worth the wait.
The environment of this place is simply sad and by the way, there’s no garbage can. When you’re done, you have to give the tray and scraps back to the cashier.

We love Wingstop, and we used to love this location. It used to be a staple in our takeout life. For the price, we enjoy the wings! Unfortunately after today’s order, we will not be coming back.
Over the past 6 months, the service at this location has gone seriously downhill. It seems like the only people working at this location are teenagers, and while they’re all very nice, they make a lot of mistakes. A lot. It seems like they don’t have management.
Now, every time we order, there is a problem. The order is always late (this never used to be a problem), they sometimes forget sauces. One time they didn’t even start making my wings until I came in to pick them up — but didn’t tell me that they hadn’t started yet. I just sat there, waiting.
Today, we ordered our usual 20 wings and when we got back to the house, we found they had shorted us five wings. Which is a lot of wings from a 20 wing order :(When we called, they told my husband he could come and pick up the missing wings but that they couldn’t refund us. Bummer, since we’d plated the rest of our food and now, it sits, waiting for him to return. Super bummer.
I really wish they’d do a better job. I hate leaving this review, but I feel that 6 months of bad service is enough to be fed up with it.
Avoid, or be prepared to check and double-​check everything.

The bone-​in classic wings are super tiny and super expensive for what you get. And the service here could be worked on… There was barely anyone here and we still had to wait 30 – 40 mins. I’m also pretty sure the workers were on something… They seem to be really slow and not helpful… Ugh. Never coming back here, even if it was free.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Coleslaw had a dirty tag inside.
Fries were covered in sugar.
All the ranch was mixed with blue cheese.
I’m almost surprised the lemonade wasn’t urine by mistake.
Which I’m starting to doubt — that these were mistakes.

I’ve been here a few times.
The last time I ordered:
A yeast roll $ 1-​not great
Veggie sticks $ 1-​the carrots were «off» in texture.
10 wing pack: 5 lemon pepper wings-​ok
5 original hot wings-​ok
Ranch-​good
But the workers made my order to go WHEN THE RECEIPT SAID DINE IN. Then they made the next customers order dine in, when they wanted take out. It scares me that these inattentive teenagers are preparing and serving food.
