Came in here yesterday to see if they had anything left for my little cousins birthday before closing and the manager didn’t want to answer any questions just tell people how he’s moving to SoCal and he’s store is closing and Goethe area needs a clothing store. Sorry but El Cerrito is very elite if you haven’t notice it yet and service goes a long way here. Yes your closing but I think it’s due to bad service and marketing. I didn’t even know this place existed and I work in the plaza! Your closing and Pier One. Only thing about Pier One is that it’s now becoming a PF Chang’s and I heard that location is becoming a tap room way better than Quiksilver. Sorry most teens don’t really wear that stuff anymore.

I’ve been to El Cerrito Plaza a couple times over the past couple months and never noticed this store. I was passing Ross when I saw a 70−90% off sign in the store window. For some reason, I thought the store was still a video store. In any case, I didn’t expect to stay long. Wait…$ 12 Roxy sweats? $ 15 Roxy sweaters and jackets? $ 6 accessories(wallets, hats, beanies)? $ 12 Roxy shirts? Well, I ended up being there for an hour. There are 3 dressing rooms which are basically black curtains held up by metal posts. Most people take quite a few items into the dressing rooms so expect there to be a wait. If the cash registers aren’t acting up, the line should go pretty quickly. There’s not an end date for when they’ll close but I would go there as soon as possible if you want to grab a good deal before it’s gone!
