No stars given!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! EVER!!! I have three children and all three children where patients here. My middle child is for your four years old, she is speech and hearing impaired. We went in for a check up and found out she had to get a crowd. So we went ahead and made her appointment, keep in mind my middle child hates this place! She cries and cries in the waiting room and she cries when I have to hand her over to staff because parents aren’t allowed in the back. Her emotions towards this place is horrifying! The day of her procedure, she cried has a handed her to the male staff and I tried my best to re-​ensure her everything will be ok. A hour in and I could hear her crying from the back, I asked the front desk if they could check on her. They told me she’s ok. Crying turned into screaming and I asked them again to see if everything is ok? The front ladies spoke is Spanish to each other and looked at me and said she is almost done and she was being difficult but she’s ok now. 1 hour and 30 minutes later my daughter comes running through the door sweaty, all red and tears in her eyes and hyperventilating, running to me!!! I was in shock!!! I grabbed her and told the male staff what the HELL!!! He said everything went well, they had to restrain her with the «safety» blanket. I asked him when did I give you consent to restrain her at all??! He responded back with THATS our policy and we were in the middle of the procedure. NO NO NO!!! I was pissed! He said she was being difficult, I said you are aware that she is hearing and speech impaired right? He said no, he wasn’t aware of that!!! OMG… I WAS MAD AF! I told him its in her medical file and I looked at the front ladies and said does this look OKAY to you??? Stupid ass bitches!!! OMG! I didn’t wait for him to finish what he was saying we left and that was the LAST time we been there. I have never seen the dentist ever! The staff SUCKS ASS! So unprofessional to be speaking another language in front of me. I know you were talking crap! So rude! Hate that! So take your children somewhere else! From that day my daughter has been traumatized. We have another dentist and I’m allowed in the back! The first 3 visits at our new dentist were hard for me, I cried because she was terrified and the staff and dentist were so sincere to help her realize she is safe and ok! NEVER GO TO LITTLE SMILES IN SURPRISE!!!
