I used to come here whenever I needed a boba fix since it was close by. I’d usually get snow bubble, slush, or a fruit tea with boba. The drink itself was okay, but the boba was not particularly chewy most of the time. I think after I discovered places with better boba, I started drinking boba drinks a lot more(my waistline was not happy about this) and came to Lollicup less. Lollicup is convenient if you need a drink in a pinch if you’re in the area. They run various promos during the year for things like the première of a new drink or two for ones, so keep an eye out if you want to try something new(like hazelnut) or get more bang for your buck.

Love Lollicuos. But seriously. When I went there. The nice young lady tells me we are out of boba. It is like going to a burger King and they run out of burgers. My 3 year old daughter was so disappointed. Not sure what the issue is. Not saying I will not go back there. But surely I will look for other options after this.

This place was a huge disappointment. I have been to other Lollicups in the past and always enjoyed my drink. I definitely cannot say the same for this one. I ordered the Thai iced tea with boba. The drink itself had a strange neon orange glow that I had never seen in my other Thai tea drinks. In terms of taste, it is as if they bought some store bought Thai iced tea from an Asian supermarket and diluted it with water. The artificial taste was very strong even though it was so watered down. The boba itself was okay but you can tell it’s been sitting out for a while since it was slightly hard instead of chewy. Don’t waste your money here. Pay a little extra for a decent cup of boba.

This is what I got after I order shrimp fire rice. More like a fire rice with few shrimp. I paid 9 dollars for this shit.

Come here if you’re looking for an okay drink. I always get honey green milk tea with boba no matter where I go. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes your drink would be too sweet, or too bland. I wouldn’t really recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good boba drink. The price is pretty much the same as anywhere else, approximately $ 4ish per drink. You might as well go somewhere else for something better. Overall, it is decent but it will always be nothing more but decent.

I ordered a mango smoothie and it was too watery to even be considered a slush. It smells really bad when you walk in and the cashier didn’t even know how much change to give me.

I had a late dinner at this place last night with my friend. I ordered a Hawaiian chicken BBQ plate, there was a type of metal thread thing in the cabbage. So I told the person who is in charge of the place, but she just walked away with the thing and didn’t say or do anything about it. The rice taste like a hard rock. It’s a horrible place to eat.

It’s a lollipop with an addition of Filipino food. They have crispy pata here. But I haven’t tried their food other than popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken is decent. Pretty tasty. For drinks, I’ll probably recommend the strawberry yogurt snow. And if you like that fake Asian almond jelly flavor(I’ve grown up with this flavor as a kid, so I’m used to it), then the almond snow is for you.

It’s just really nice place to meet up with friends and have some«brunch». Recommend: Milk Teas(depends on preference of flavor) & the Salt Pepper Popcorn Chicken(probably the best I ever had compared to other Lollicup’s and other equivalents I’ve been to.

They would get a 0 star rating if there was one. On April 4, 2015, I was at Lollicup ordering my drinks when the cashier told me I couldn’t order more than 2 drinks if using the Groupon. I told her that I have the old voucher with no restrictions. She called the owner(Tom) and he said” I can’t do anything about it”. Of course you can do something, you are the owner. I understand the new vouchers have a restriction of a maximum of 2 drinks but I have the older voucher. The drinks tasted terrible too. I would only send people here if I hate them. Quickly on Live Oak in Arcadia is so much better than this place. The boba is always consistent and soft. The boba iced tea is only $ 1 and they always have weekly specials.

Hmmm, I really didn’t enjoy my experience here. First, the place was very messy and seemed to be managed poorly. The service was quite slow and the drinks as well as the food I ordered were poorly made. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I ordered a slush drink and there were giant pieces of ice. I couldn’t even drink my drink with a big straw because the chunks of ice were so large.

OMG… I spent my heckin’ 30 $ for 6 large boba. and all I got were all the water filled with water. My friends ordered water melon juice and it tasted like sugar with flavor. I ordered a passion fruit slush with boba and jelly. They forgot my boba and the slush is just like siro. A LOTOFSUGAR. Omg… I never write any review but today I had to do it for the first time. I swear to the Gods that I would never come back again even if I AMTHIRSTYTODEATH.

Drinks are satisfactory. No complaints there. But their fried rice was the worst I’ve had anywhere. It didn’t look anything like the photo on the wall, which displayed regular sized shrimp. The actual order had tiny shrimps that look like it was the frozen precooked kind… And there were less than 10 of them. Overall, the fried rice was flavorless… Like white rice tossed in garlic and oil. Their popcorn chicken chicken was okay too. Not as flavorful as and a bit oilier than other lollicups that I’ve been to. Come for the drinks… But I’m hesitant to try another dish there.

Cheap drinks, honestly they are not the greatest, most are made out of powdered mixes, quality just aint there but if you want a cheap drink fast it might be worth stopping in. Place could use a nice scrub down, tables and chairs look dingy, and dirty. Used to come here with the family but with so many other alternatives with better quality we hardly come here anymore

I came to check this place out after buying a Groupon for 10 drinks. I ordered my usual Green milk tea with boba. And it was pretty good. I was happy that the tea had the fragrant Jasmine flavor, which I like. The boba was chewy and not too hard or soft. Their drinks weren’t too sweet and was refreshing. The Pros: FREEWIFI, can use credit cards(min $ 5), lots of free parking Overall, a good place to grab some boba on-the-go or to sit and chat with friends. Will be back to try the other drinks.

I dont usually come to this lolicup. Had a bad experience a few years back and never came back. Passed by tonight and noticed they changed ownership, so we tried. Boy! with deep deep deep regrets! Boba is soft, tea is so so, but worst of, I think there’s about less than 2 tablespoon of mini boba in there.(See picture posted with the 3 cups of boba) Never coming back again… very dissappointed. Too bad, this is so close to home, have to drink lollicup only when Im in Alhambra.

Rating: 3 ½ Stars After 8 years of not coming here, I can say that they actually cleaned up! The place looks really nice now. They replaced some of the tables with booths and they revamped their menu. To reach out to the younger crowd, they still have some arcade fighting games. Check-in: 15% off drinks and if you you do a review, you get half off on any appetizer. Pretty sweet deal. Credit Cards: Minimum of $ 5 to use plastic! Sweet deal! Parking: Plenty of parking Wifi: Yessssirrr… they have whyphy! Work hard yes… Play hard yessss! Drink of choice: Still get the same drink that they can’t be fudged up. Green tea… no sugar… no ice. Sounds boring, but I just got use to it over the years. Dessert/Food: Tried their halo halo(filipino dessert… equiv. to a vietnamese che ba mau) tonight. Thought it was decent, but it can’t be compare to jolibee or goldilocks! Probably come back again when i’m in the area.

«I’m really surprised & shocked at some of the bad reviews here!» FOOD:I haven’t ordered any drinks so I can’t comment on that yet but, I have ordered food here and it was out of this world DELICIOUS!!! SERVICE: A cute girl took my order, had an accent but, still very understandable… she could have smiled a little more and say«hello or greet the customer… still in training I guess…» FREEWIFI: I just said free wifi ;) TWOFLATSCREEN TVs: 2 TVs people! ;) ORDERED: Ham and Cheese sandwich… WOW! The way they grilled the bread makes it so deliciously crunchy and makes the entire sandwich tasty! THEYALWAYSTOAST or GRILLTHEIRBREAD ;) Also, ordered the FISHSANDWICH, wowzers! The taste is already stored in my must eat again memory… PARTYTRAY: They have many trays available, I was thinking about ordering the ½ tray of spam musubi for my piano recital in June… Must be back, back, BACK to satisfy the craving!

So the name of this joint is Lollicup. I am not sure exactly why, but it makes me think of 50s bubble gum music and that someone should be singing lollicup, lollicup, ohhhh myyy lollicup! Ok well maybe im just the only one who thinks that way and this is one of a couple of good things I can say about this location. Pro Tip: Check your pennysaver for BOGO and special coupons Ok who doesn’t want to go order a slushie or a tea with some tasty boba or aloe in it and get a second one for no additional cost so long as it is equal to or lower in price? I think we all like that idea, except for the folks at the lollicup. The coupon specifically stated that it was BOGO of equal or lesser value. So one of the trips I made here, I ordered my daughter the mango slushie, and a different slushie for myself. The staff tried to tell me that I could only order 2 mango slushies and not what was stated on the coupon. Seriously, if you advertise something via coupon and then want to change the deal when customers bring it in, you need to re-evaluate your marketing campaign. Pro Tip #2: Free Wifi shared with the Hawaiian grub next store that appears to share the space with Lollicup. However the taste of several different drinks from this lollicup has resulted in several that were slightly off. You may also want to tell them less than full sugar(a general issue with most lollicups not just this one). Granted some people like their boba/tea’s to be super sweet too, so not always a problem. Pro Tip #3: Free WiFi! This place also has a $ 10 minimum charge for credit per the signs. They also serve ice cream =) In the end though, the service here is not one that is enthusiastic, helpful, or even happy. The mood here seems rather dour, reluctant, and a pinch of unhappiness… I may come back for more coupon deals, but without them, not a chance TBH
