Omg never again. ALL the employees look like they hate their lives. They are rude, no fretting whatsoever. They forgot my drink and served 2 people that were after me, before me. NONE of the employees wear gloves. They touch money, registers, and counters then touch the food. SOGROSS. have been waiting for my order for about 20 minutes now.

I came here last Tuesday for their special and when we pulled up to pay the girl told us they didn’t have spicy. Then all of a sudden they had it. When we got home and I’m munching away, I noticed that 1 of the pieces was not spicy at all but salty and mild. What makes them think that I wouldn’t know the difference? If you’re going to do that then don’t do it to someone who used to work at Popeyes and who has a taste for spicyness.

It’s been 3 years since I visited this location and I see nothings changed. Eye rolls, rude and bad service still. They really need to get rid of the staff and start from scratch. Hire all new people and train them correctly.

I might as well not even call it dinner. I ordered a large fries with chicken tenders and you can tell it was NOT fresh. The fries were stale and maybe if it was hot, I’d bypass the fact that it wasn’t fresh. But no. It was COLD and NOT fresh. Rip my money and my dinner that day. The lady who took our order was also quite rude. No one was there but us and she rushed our orders and gave us dirty looks and attitude while asking what we wanted. We think it may have been due to the fact we’re teenagers. We’d appreciate if we had the same service as everyone else, thank you. Unless that’s how she treats everyone else too. I would still recommend Popeyes but not in this area.

not too pleased with this location. i normally love popeye’s chicken, but this place is way too slow! they make you park across the parking lot and wait for your food, while they help others in the drive through line. i time the wait now… it is NOT uncommon to wait 15 – 20 minutes for them to bring out my food. and lately, when i get home i find that the order is not correct. i’ll order the spicy strips and end up getting the regular strips. no, it’s not worth going back for, but it’s annoying as i don’t like the regular as much as the spicy. and what’s up with the girl at the window who refuses to give you more than one sauce??? i offered to buy more and they won’t let you. what company refuses to sell you more??? i’ll stick with the popeye’s over in monrovia, they have always gotten my order right… and quickly too! :)

Fast food joint, what more can you say. Go for the food or would you go for the service. Not a place I go for the service or atmosphere. It’s just about the speed and the food. Would be more disappointed like everyone if I was here for more than the food like what everyone here complains about. The food is good, I like the gravy with the mash. Smokey silky goodness. The chicken is consistently good and I think taste better than the other chicken place that’s also southern and goes by 3 letters. The slaw was very wet but chopped so fine and not like how normally everyone cuts.

The girl at the window is the real reason why everyone that actually works are against fast food workers getting paid $ 15 hr. I believe her name is Alondra. I’d give –1000 stars if possible.

I guess Unilocalers speak the truth, i didn’t like this chicken nearly as much as popeyes on san gabriel. This one only has a 2 star while san gabriel and valley sports a solid 3. Drive thru is nice, tuesday special doesnt include a biscuit, but batter was burnt onto bone, sucks cause this one is closer to my work. Maybe ill try the shrimp basket next time, they do have a lot of specials hanging on the outside of the building. Looks like my dog will get a piece, nom nom nom.

Typically Popeyes is usually great tasting and consistent but the past 2 times I’ve been to this specific location the chicken was a little too salty. Still gonna give it another shot because I love their chicken when it’s seasoned properly. Don’t let me down next time, Popeyes!

I love Popeyes BUT when I came to this one it was soggy and the chicken was so gross. either they didn’t cook it right or something. it was rubbery. my fries were also soggy and somewhat cold. it was my worst experience here

Popeyes or Church’s? I chose Church’s biscuits but Popeyes coleslaw, chicken and cajun fries!!! I only ate popeyes growing up and im glad. Depending on the place they will offer 2 piece deals for less than 2 dollars on Tuesdays and Thursdays and sometimes just one of those days. This location offers the deal on BOTH days. yay! THANKYOU!!! They open late too!

I have always liked Popeye’s chicken but I have to admit lately I’ve been having bad experiences at their locations. This one was not any different. We went through drive thru and ordered. It wasn’t a large order so it should’ve been done right. 2 of the 3 orders placed we requested spicy chicken. All 3 were mild. We had rice and Cole slaw with our orders; no utensils to eat it with. We had to request the condiments, nothing was offered. Not even napkins were given to us. It’s a simple enough task to give a customer the basics. I don’t know what the problem is here.

they only give ONE sauce & refuse to give you anymore even if you offer to pay! I would love to speak to a manager or see a written policy saying they’re only permitted to give out one sauce & if a customer is offering to pay, say no. oh well, here’s your ONE star for your ONE cup of sauce you damn sauce nazis!

Ordered 4 boxes of the $ 5 box and all different. Had to park and wait for my food. I had asked for butter, BBQ sauce and honey. I guess I wasn’t loud enough when I said honey! But no biggie. $ 23 bucks is not bad for 4 boxes that come with 2pc OR3 chicken tenders, 2 sides and a biscuit. Add $ 1 for a drink!

Pulled up to the drive thru and was already given attitude. Bad sign. I work in fast food myself and no matter if you have a bad day that’s no excuse to show it. The food however smelled good and tasted o.k. I honestly would take KFC’s 5 $ box over this one. Yes this gives you 2 sides but too me it’s not worth it considering how it sometimes tastes funky. Won’t be coming back.

Price: Feels like prices are slowly rising. Service: Alright. You have to keep asking for all the essentials. They don’t automatically give them to you, & they don’t give a lot. Food: Getting oilier & less crunchy.

We were craving broasted chicken but our usual spot was closed for the Labor Day holiday. Popeyes was our second choice and I was hesitant about this location with all the bad ratings. I decided to give it a shot anyway. To my surprise, the service here was much better than the one in Alhambra and San Gabriel. The place was clean. They got my order right. It was freshly fried. The sides were true large unlike elsewhere that only fills it half way. The only reason this place didn’t get five stars is because their seasoning is a tad heavy handed.

I came for lunch today. 3 piece for $ 2.99, you can’t beat the price. The chicken was delicious. The wing was the size of a drumstick. I should have probably given 4 stars but I know Popeyes chicken is not good for me, that’s why I seldom eat it, but boy it’s good. I would recommend to a friend.

I dont why people would give this place a bad review. I feel that I deserve to say that since I have been and tried many different locations within 15 — 20 miles radius. Strongly confident so far this would be the best and I would not regret. One factor that I dont like from Popeyes in general that the chicken so oily since they would let not have the chicken sits and let the oily drips. One thing that it also make the skin soggy after they put it on the box since it still hot and they should let the steam up. The skins would be really crispy if they just do that. The other they have clean store and a good customer service since most of the servers and managers from other locations are rude. Later that I found out that the owner of this location also own the one in San Gabriel(Valley and San Gabriel Blvd) also Alhambra(Valley and Atlantic) All of these three location have Tuesday and Thursday specials but the thing that they don’t advertise the Thursday special for some reason. It gives an impression that they try to hide something from the public or they don’t comply with the policy on franchise agreement again all of those are just assumption.

I saw the comercial for the shrimp, I went to try it and I loved it. The only thing is that the only one near my home is about 15 min drive. I would definitely come again. I would like to see more seating, they only had 2 tables.
