Stupid fat lady in the front is really starting to piss me off. Actually not just her probably everyone in there. I went here 5 times and every time I noticed that they over charged me or never take off the free burger that I have with the coupon. I usually don’t say anything but my coworker noticed and called them right away. I had to go out of my way to their stupid location to get my money back! I told the manager to tell her stupid employee to stop wasting my time and this is the 5^th time she’s done this. I don’t understand why they do this ??? Do you guys get bonuses from cheating off customers?! Or are you guys just seriously retarded and can’t work your stupid machine? LOL and you guys want 15 $ an hour what a joke –_-.

With this location and with almost every mc donalds I’ve ever been to, I go in with the expectation that something will always go wrong. In attempt to prevent that, I typically take a little extra time out of my day to walk in instead of drive thru. With that, you have a lot more time to check the order and make sure it’s correct.
This location always has parking and the lot is pretty spacious. It’s a lot easier to maneuver around compared to some other areas. After walking in, I realized that customer service is on point. Everyone is always nice and eager to help. They’re quick to fix their mistakes, and I really don’t blame them. It’s a fast paced environment and they’re doing the best they can to work efficiently. The food is usually always the same and at that Mc Donalds par.
What can you expect from a chain fast food store? This place does the job, and provides just what you need from Mc Donalds.

Seriously what the hell is with this place. Constantly out of product or «claiming» they are cleaning the frappé machine at noon. They take forever to get your order and the staff there are just not very bright. I’m not expecting a physics lesson here, I’m saying that a question shouldn’t require so much time to process. Go to the one on Rosemead. Bit of a drive but less frustration.

Had a craving for something healthy after running a half marathon. I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s for at least 10 years and this was the perfect time.
Easy parking.
Food came out quick. What you expect from a McDonald’s.
Big Mac — $ 4.49 — So small now! Tastes exactly like I remember but half the size!
Double Quarter Pounder — $ 5.49 — Same as above, smaller but tastes the same. I could get 2 In n Out burgers for this price!
French Fries, large — $ 2.99 — As always, half soggy and half crispy. I love the soggy ones for some reason.
The prices are crazy now! I rather eat at In n Out and feel better about myself.

Seriously slow drive thru. I always have to repeat my order because they aren’t listening. Hire some employees that actually care about customer service. It would be nice to get a smile to show that they care.

if i could give no stars i truly would… so my friend & i stopped here to use the restroom. weve never been here to eat usually go to the one on main st or the one on walnut and valley. while my friend was waiting on me in the restroom, an employee came in to use the other stall and guess what folks??? SHE DIDNT WASH HER HANDS BEFORE GOING BACK TO WORK!!! she even smiled at my friend on her way out!!! Yuck!!!

I don’t like this location at all! ⁴⁄₅ times something is always wrong with my order. I’m always on the go so I usually drive thru and man the employees here are super slow. I order mcflurry and something else when I pulled up to the window it wasn’t ready and I see the employee standing around just chit chatting??? I would avoid this location

i been coming here for a while cause its the closest one to where i work and every single time my order is wrong… even on my salad dressings :/
now i rather drive a little more but get my order right

Came here with a survey filled out for «Buy One Get One free on any burger» this is the first time we got the receipt and tried to get a fish fillet sandwich.
Instead of charging us for the two sandwiches. She added extra food onto our order and tried to make us pay 15 dollars. She rudely said it is not valid even though it reads «any». She then mentioned she would make it valid this one time in an even more rude manner.
I’ve worked for a couple of months at McDonald’s and have close relations with McDonalds associates and this was probably the most rude employee I ever came across.
On top of that we waited 5 mins in line by ourselves while no one came to take our order.
I usually don’t give bad reviews and I’m very patient with food establishments but situations like this is the fastest way to lose customers.
Wish I could give a zero star because that’s how much service we received.

I order 40 piece mc nuggets for my friends. One box had a mc rib in it, although the box is for mc nuggets. I called various times, no one is picking up the phone…

Probably the worse Mc Donalds you can ever visit. The counter clerks are rude, clueless and don’t care. They refuse to make eye contact with you, and if by accident they do they roll their eyes. Service with a smile is nonexistent. The food is often served cold. The drive thru is slower than molasses and has rude people working at it. There is one shift manager that wears the blue shirt, has tattoo on her left wrist that acts like she has bad hair stuck up her ass sideways. She doesn’t wear a name tag but at any other job she would have been fired long ago.

Ok not the best McD but so what, McD is McD and it is what it is, not wholesome but it is wonder if you happen to have that crave and this place will just help you kill that and bring you back to vegetables the next morning. Dirty, lousy services and often in slow motions but whatever, you get what you pay for.

As most Unilocalers always said, I would have given zero if there’s the option.
I ordered some burgers without cheese because my friend was allergic. Saw the lady keyed in the option of no cheese and it was on the receipt. Arrived home those burgers were made regularly with cheese.
It’s alright, ppls made mistakes so I called the store. The lady said she will write my name down so next time when I went there again, I could get those burgers back. Still fair customer service up to this point.
A week later I went back and the manager (or supervisor) said there wasn’t anything on the record for over a month (obviously they were too lazy to write it down and I highly doubt that they didn’t make any mistakes for a month). I politely told the lady if she can call the girl who works at Saturday night shift for me as they made a mistake and they made a promise. She refused, and even worse, she said there’s nothing that they can do because recently there’s a lot of people trying to cheat them and get the free food. wt the?! so I am guessing she told me that and I am being labeled as one of them now. I just ordered something and paid and when I got home, I E-​Mail the McDonald, and I hope that they can get back to me. I didn’t get any response from them for over a month but I understand that’s normal. I don’t think they care about customer service considering their size of business. Anyway, I just wanted to contribute so I can make sure they will never get up to 2 stars because they truly suck!

Nasty! They have cockroaches crawling around like nothing… most disgusting place ever

I don’t really know what to say about this place. It’s hit-​and-​miss. Anyway, there’s a buy one Quarter Pounder, get another one free, with a receipt.

One star only because, the girl taking my order was nice. My watered down coffee sucked. This place has no ketchup dispenser and the beverage and ice gizmo are separated. As soon as you walk in you could tell something isn’t right. Skip this McDz.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I went through drive thru at 20:54 pm I don’t know the girl who was in drive thru placing orders but I ordered the new bacon mc double & a spicy mc chicken PLAIN with extra mustard… Her response was it doesn’t come with mustard do you still want it… YES I asked for it. After paying I was asked to park in the front and wait 3 minutes for fresh fries… I give them that much I was getting fresh fries… getting home. There was NO BACON in my Bacon Mc Double and the PLAIN spicy mc chicken had pickles mayo AND lettuce so those 3 mins to wait for fresh fries wasn’t even worth my meal. And maybe your employees need more training.

On a gloomy Monday, I had a solo dinner at the most famous restaurant in the world. McDonald’s gave me 2 dining options: Drive-​Thru or Dine-​In. As it was bit chilly out, I chose the convenience of staying inside my warm, toasty car and drove up to the voice box. I was feeling a Big Mac kind of day, but seeing as I don’t drink sugary drinks, I ordered a Big Mac and Medium fries.
One would say, «Hey, isn’t it just cheaper to order a Big Mac combo? You can just throw away the drink.» And most would say, «Yes, yes it would be cheaper.» But, sometimes, sometimes, you pay more for less. Would I do this again? Probably not.
As I bit into my Big Mac, memories of my childhood flooded my taste buds and I was transported to a more simpler time. The overly salty fries made me remember that I neglected to mention «no salt on the fries». Still, the meal was exactly as I had remembered, very greasy and cheesy and Big Mac-​y (that’s a word right?).
