I have nothing but good stuff to say about this business, Sylvia was excellent, very helpful in the making of the Letterman Jacket. she did an excellent job and she had great customer service

Very poor customer service. I was told on ¹⁄₁₀ that jacket would take 4 to 6 wks. When I followed up on ²⁄₁₄ because I wanted my son to have as gift I was told not ready but it would be following week. When I called following wk I was told not ready but a few more days. Then I was told it would be ready by ²⁄₂₅. I called n she said tomorrow. That day on ²⁄₂₆ she calls in afternoon and tells me they delivered wrong border for jacket so it would take few more days but for sure by ³⁄₃ at latest. It would likely be done on ³⁄₂ but will be done on tues ³⁄₃. Well it’s ³⁄₃ store is now closed at 6:25 and she is still working on jacket because I am waiting for it.
Obviously didn’t expedite order n lied about materials needing considering all the delays and promises that were made. Very poor service. I only gave one star Cuz it wouldn’t allow me to leave it at a zero.
