Bad bad place. Stay away. In an empty restaurant hostess was arrogant and insulting to my friend in a wheelchair– made it clear she didn’t want to find him a table even though only 2 tables in the whole place were occupied at 5 pm last Saturday. Asked for manager and the cook came out and said that it was her job and he didn’t know what to do. We never were seated or ate. It was and incredible negative experience. WE ask you NOT to patronize restaurants that are insulting to the handicapped and treat them with no dignity.

This place is ridiculus. It’s an absolut insult to people that know food, beer, wine etc. I finallybgot off work around midnight and thought of having something to eat so I thought of stoping by. My god, I hope I never did. I ordered the famous steak, that is at least what they told me. A sirloin with shrimp and a parmesan sauce, as sides vegetables and mashed potatoes. To drink I had a XX lager due to their limited options and I asked for a michelada glass. The glass had lemon juice instead of lime juice so it made the beer taste sweet. When i told the bartender she said that was the way it is supposed to be. I guess after managing restaurants for a living for years I never learned how to do a michelada but she does. Ok then, I really didn’t care much about the beer because of how hungry I was. I asked for medium rare stake. What i got was a rubbery, seared, cold piece of low quality meat. Just to chew it was discusting. I don’t understand how a rare cut doesn’t have any blood at all. The sauce was just semi melted cheese with tiny, tiny shrimp. Vegetables were still kind of frozen, but then again It’s apple bees. The best part was the mashed potatoes and don’t get me wrong it wasn’t good at all. But it wasn’t as bad as the rest. Overall this experience just reminded me of why I hadn’t be back to applebees in years. It just shocks me how people are willing to go to places like this, when there are a lot of better options where you can find great meat, seafood, fresh ingredients etc. There is a saying that says. If people like shit, feed them shit. Educate yourselfs and don’t be a part pf this.

Went to AB on sun, 24th. Love menu. Good service. Bartenders are great. But after this particular visit I became extremely sick, vomiting, the following day, mon. I only ate there tht day. I had the salmon. I had it w a side of pico. My husband experienced nausea as well, but no vomiting. Food tastes great, but hopefully in the future more sanitary measures are approached.

Food was good as always. I just dont like the service is way too short and dry. I get it, you’re busy. But a simple smile goes a long way

I went to this restaurant twice this month with my family the first time the food was cold and the lady next to us got the the same complaint. They did apologize and refused to accept our payment even though we insist of paying for my order. Tonight is just awful the service can’t get any worse.

First time at this Applebee’s and I’m disappointed in their customer service. I ordered their chicken and shrimp bourbon with the roasted/grilled potatoes with a pomegranate lemonade my mom ordered the baby back ribs with the Cole slaw and fries. My potatoes were undercooked and my mushrooms were under my chicken. We had the chicken wings as a starter entrée. My drink came without a straw with the appetizers by the time I finished the appetizer I had finished my drink and my server didn’t ask me if I wanted a refill I had to call a different server in order to get my drink. I finished that drink and I had to wait again for another refill. I ordered the triple chocolate and the churro s’mores. All in all I was more disappointed in the service I received because my mom noticed the lack of attentiveness I just hope that she’ll want to go to the one closer to home.

Worst service ever! Upon our arrival we were told that there would be a 15 – 20 minute wait. Not normally an issue but began to notice over 5 tables empty with only 3 families waiting. I began to get confused when I watched a new group turn and leave when told of the wait. Why would a manager lose customers when there are tables? Once we were seated at a table that was open our entire wait, I unguided to the manager. Much to my discontent, his reply was that the wait is normal as they are seating in a rotation. Waiting to seat other areas because one area is next on the rotation just baffles me. I informed him that he is losing customers at the door due to the unnecessary wait. His reply was in my opinion the level of a manager with a GED. Applebee’s should invest in a higher quality management team, at least something in the $ 20k a year category. We left before our drink order could be made. Will not return until the banner advertising ‚“under new management” is posted.

Bartender is great, but I was here having some beers at the bar area and all of a sudden I got all this black material coming off the vents. Some guy in yellow performing an interview tells me, oh yeah, they’re working on the ac. Are you serious? Why is is open during such repairs?

This is a great place to go for appetizers and drinks. Good food for a good price! And they just remodeled this location so the atmosphere is great too.

Gave this place a few chances, but after the last visit, we won’t be back. The first couple of times, we just got drinks at the bar. The first time, our male bartender acted like we were annoying him by getting a new drink, which I chalked up to him maybe having a bad night. Cool, got it… The next time, we had a female bartender, who definitely was sweeter and more attentive, but we still came second to the chatting between employees, which we were privy to, as we were seated at the end of the bar next to the swinging gate the barbacks come through, which apparently is the employee hangout/gossip spot. It felt like they were standing on top of us, in a group of two, three or four at any given time. This one big goon of a guy even leaned back against the side of the bar, getting so close that my wife had to move her drink. Talk about invasion of space. All I could think was: Why is the manager not breaking up this celebration of unprofessionalism? Oh, yeah, I know why he didn’t put a stop to it… because HE’S TOOAFRAIDTOTALKTOTHECUSTOMERS! So, I’m sure he’s terrified at the notion of disciplining employees! The third and final time we went, there was a playoff football game going on, so needless to say they were packed. I’ve worked in restaurants that got slammed, so I know what the realistic expectations are of service under these circumstances, and the entire staff should be cut a big break. That said, we came inside and inquired of the flustered young hostess if we could sit at the bar. She craned her neck to see if there were any open spots. There weren’t. Okay, no biggie, we’ll wait. Could we just see a couple menus, so we could maybe get something to go, if nothing opens up? She hesitates. Enter the manager. The hostess asks him if we can place a to-go order if the wait is too long. Bear in mind, we are literally two feet away. He tells HER«Tell them to go around to the other side, they can order from there.» I tell HIM, «Okay, but we we’d really like to sit at the bar, we’ll just get it to-go if nothing opens up.» He tells HER, still not looking at me or my wife, pretending we’re not standing there, «Tell them they need to order from the other side.» At this point I can see he’s not getting that we’d like to sit at the bar, and it’s really pissing me off that this guy isn’t looking me in the eye, or speaking directly to me, and above all has the nerve to be rude to us while forcing this teenage girl to deliver the message. The manager slips back into the crowd and the poor girl turns to us, not sure what to say. I tell her that it’s fine, thanks, we’ll figure it out. By that I meant her boss is a coward, and I would rather crawl through broken glass than spend money here and increase his store earnings. I get that when a restaurant is slammed, stress gets high, there’s a million things going on… I’ve been there, I get it. But, when a MANAGER is too afraid of confrontation or too busy to turn and give a customer a moment of their attention, well, that’s when I take my business down the road. I’m not sure if it’s that guy’s spinelessness that gives the employees the sense that they can get over and be unprofessional, but the little glimpse I saw of the man’s managerial skills tells me that might be the case.

Fail… disgusting place. Watched a waiter sit on a table and flirt with a group of female patrons for over 20 mins. Food was tepid and poorly prepped… did not look like other Applebees or what the menu described. Bar drinks were watered down and waiter did not get our order right… then tried to overcharge us. Lame. Avoid this place.
