Great staff! I took my bike in to get something small fixed and they literally worked on it as soon as I got there and he only took five minutes to get it fixed. As I was going to the cashier he told me it was fine I didn’t have to pay since it wasn’t a big thing. There are not many people like this anymore I was very happy with the service and now I can ride my bike everyday!

Love this place. Thought they would be expensive but they’re not. I took my sons bike here twice and they were nothing but nice. They took care of me on the spot and I walked out a happy customer. I went and got thicker inner tubes and a new kick stand for his bike and I have had to go back for either items. The inner tube is great for El Paso. My son rides his bike to and from school everyday and them sticker things get stuck but never deflate the tire.

I’m road tripping through the US, and my bike needed work.
I called ahead, and over the phone (!) they narrowed down the correct replacement bottom bracket for my bike. They had it shipped to the store and held it until I arrived a week later.
They installed that and other parts I supplied, and did a total tune-​up with an incredible turn-​around time.
The team is highly courteous and patient. They listened to my ramblings about the bike and politely answered all questions, some about the bike, some about what to do in EP.
This is my favorite bike shop. I highly recommend it.

Eric is the man! He was super helpful during each of my multiple visits. He helped me get two bikes equipped to not get flats and even showed me how to do it. Thank you for the lessons!

Came in to buy a mountain bike on different occasions.
Each visit, I was greeted by one of the many gentlemen working there.
Through my vigorous questioning and skepticism, any employee that I spoke to have me a straightforward and honest answer.
I was able to test out different frame sizes out back in the small lot behind the store. Which was nice, being able to test drive a bike before purchase.
After a couple visits, I finally gave in and bought one.
I bought this bike on a Monday (⁸⁄₄) afternoon and popped both tires while out trailing on Wednesday (⁸⁄₆) evening.
I called Atom cycling at 7:50 (10 minutes before their close time) and begged if they could fix both my tires.
Much to my surprise, they did.
I brought my bike in and the gentleman said they could fix my bike but it wouldn’t be ready until the next day.
If I didn’t need my bike for work I would have left it there, but instead I took the parts I needed home to fix it.
As luck would have it, I did not have the proper pump for the tube I needed for both my tires.
So I took my tires back in on Thursday (⁸⁄₇) and asked if they could fix it for me.
Not only did they explain what the problem was, but they fixed my tires in less than 8 minutes.
During my visit, a young lady with her two children came in. She had a flat tire on her stroller and asked if they had a tire they could repair it with. And you know what? They did! Not only did they have the tire she needed on hand, but they said they could fix it immediately for her. I was impressed.
Overall:
The employees are knowledgeable and extremely nice.
The store is kept clean.
The customer service is incredible!
I hands down recommend Atom cyclist for any bike/​tire purchase.

Been here about three times. They are a more high end shop and do great work. The shop is clean and the workers are nice. They cost more then some places, so if your riding a huffy don’t take it here. But higher end bike owners will like it.

So far I have taken my Mt. Bike and Road Bike to these guys for repairs and tune-​ups, and they always provide great service. Everyone is helpful and friendly!

Great shop, I live on the westside of town and it’s totally worth the drive, or the ride, over there. Cool guys, upscale and clean facility with a great selection of all things bicycle.

While riding in the hills around El Paso I ran into another rider who spoke of this shop. So, I stopped by later in the day to buy another tube for my road bike. It’s a clean shop. I like how ti’s set up and they primarily seam to carry Trek’s, Orbeas, and Fishers. I got into a good conversation with Rebecca at the front counter about the Tour of CA. If you are in the area go check ‘em out. I can’t vouch for the maintenance or repair arena, but I doubt a shop this nice doesn’t also provide great service and tune ups.
