I have curly frizzy hair and it gets pretty tiring to blow dry and flat iron my own hair, takes 1.5 hours. Everytime I go to Dry Blow Dry Bar they make my hair look awesome in 45 minutes. The added value is that they sell their hair and make up products, which are exclusive in El Paso to them only. In addition you can schedule time to get your make up done and free drinks! I feel like I am in another city!

Took my daughter and her friends to get hair styled in braids. Had separate appointments for all four girls, but all had to wait for the same stylist to do each one by one. The girls selected braids, from their sample photos on an iPad, and the stylist had to ask two girls to reconsider since she could not «really do that one». Finally she attempted the crown braid, but admitted she had never done it before. Staff was no too friendly and made it difficult for these pre-teens to have fun and be relaxed. Customer service and making clients feel welcome goes a long way to building future business, but we will like not go back. So sad since we thought this was such a treat and look forward to having this type of service in El Paso.

This is my first time at the new location. I made an appointment for my friend and I to receive a blow out together. We walked in and it was pretty full. All of the stylists looked at us as we entered, but not one greeted us. We sat for around 20 minutes and they called my friend to have her blow out done. I waited another 25 minutes and had to ask why I was waiting for so long if I had made an appointment for both of us to get styled at the same time. To make a long story short I will not be returning. The location has no ambience whatsoever!

I’ve been here three times and was unhappy with the level of service. Additionally, they have pretty bad customer service and are usually pretty unprofessional with their service. The hairstyles aren’t that great and I’ve found other salons in El Paso to bring better quality of service and experienced stylists

I’m totally hooked on the blow dry craze. I am a regular at all the dry bars in New York where I live. Came here today with my mom while visiting ELP and had a blowout with Jennifer. My blowout is EXACTLY what I wanted and looks amazing! I requested a «Texas Barbie Blowout», with lots of body, sexy style, shine and softness. That’s exactly what I got! I’m also obsessed with the Davines products and am buying several. Really wish I could take Jennifer back to NY with me!!! Best blowout ever!!! Thank you so much!

This place is AMAZING!!! The staff is so friendly and making sure I was always comfortable. The makeup and updo was the BEST i’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you have a special event to go to, or just want to get dolled up! I will be back very soon!
