Everyone said stale donuts. They were right. They were ice cold and stiff and sticky sticky sticky like the sugar had been refrigerated. This was my first experience at DD and probably last. I came here because it’s in my neighborhood and didn’t want to fight the traffic to Krispy Kreme.
I also ordered a Big and Toasty. The bread was bright yellow. It was covered in some form of artificial butter and cold eggs with bacon and cheese. I ate a few bites but even my hungry husband at work didn’t want anything to do with the sandwich.
Please turn this Dunkin Donuts into a Krispy Kreme!!! We need one on the Far East side !!! America does NOT run on Dunkin. Or at least this American doesn’t!!! I’d rather the hour long round trip to KK on a busy Saturday morning.

Can I just say that this dunkin donuts is the best in El Paso. Everytime I order a coffee here it’s fresh no matter what time I’ve gone, and they make it perfect with cream and sugar. Ordering from other dunkin donuts in the area is a nightmare especially the one on post. First of all you never know if you’ll get a fresh cup there and their cream and sugar proportions are just not right.

Like all people have said… STALE donuts! The location is centrally located so you would think management would have the place in better standings but that is not the case. Day old donuts and nothing fresh I’m surprised the establishment is still running.

I’m from the West coast, so I had never tried Dunkin’ Donuts before… Well, I wasn’t missing much! I ordered a caramel something coffee and a breakfast croissant sandwich. It was gross. Never going back again.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Went to get a dozen donuts one morning but they only had two options to choose from as it was valentines day and everyone was getting a dozen donuts that morning. The manager said more donuts would arrive soon but after waiting over 20mins there still were no new donuts. I couldn’t wait any longer as I had to go to work (ft bliss). The manager offered to drive my dozen donuts to me at fort bliss but I declined his nice gesture. Instead he called over to the dunkin donuts on fort bliss and they had a dozen donuts waiting for me. He was very caring for all customers that day.
However, most times when I go here my coffee always tastes different. I hate the liquid sugar so I always make it a point to ask twice for granulated sugar but they still put liquid sugar sometimes. I miss my New England dunkin donuts.

Staff is ways so friendly here! We ordered two coffees and one was the wrong one, but when I complained I got offered two donuts for free. That’s what customer happiness is about lol they know I’m not going to complain about free donuts haha
Also, it is very clean and if you order anything besides donuts or muffins, they prepare it fresh for you.

I absolutely love this place, not really a long wait, coffee never taste the same (each worker has there way of making it) and I find their workers to be nice and polite for a morning shift.

This place always mess my order only on drive thru. I repeat my order and asks them what I ordered and always tells me go to the window! LOL…
