Excellent boba tea! I tried the strawberry banana smoothie with rainbow jellies and it tasted like they used real fruit. This spot is not stingy with their jellies/boba and it was cooked perfectly. Also had a green tea based passion fruit & mango tea suggested by the cashier, not too bad. I like that you can choose your sweetness and this is the first bubble tea place I’ve came across in El Paso that offers punch cards. Buy 7 and get a 16 oz bubble tea free. 4 stars because the ladies working there could’ve looked like they enjoyed their job. No smiles. They make good drinks though. This place is located inside the Bassett Mall food court.

Was craving some milk tea and I found this on Unilocal.Unfortunately, since I am from California and there are so many boba places there, this milk tea is not really the taste that I was expecting. Lacks milk, too much honeydew syrup which made it a bit sour, no sweetness. Had to fix it when I got home. I ordered 2 drinks and even the almond milk tea tastes nothing like it. The boba is hard at the middle too. Tsk tsk.

Best boba place in town, which is really hard to find here in El Paso. I have been here for 3 years and this is the only place I go to. The drinks are Taiwanese flavors, so strong tea that is not overloaded with sugar. Plus the guy is super friendly and will modify your drink to your preference.

Habit@t Tea located inside Basset Place is freaking awesome. They are reasonably priced. They have awesome specials. You can choose your tea, your flavor, 3 suckers or bobas. The service has always been top notch. This place is so underrated it is not even funny. If you’re a serious tea drinker come check it out. Everything is on point.

I’m giving this place two stars because when we got there the place was empty. we usually go to yogo berry for bubble tea but they were being lazy and said they couldn’t make any so we went to this place because it was right next to it. when the guy finally got there he asked what we wanted and we told him. this guy was apparently sick and was wiping his nose then made our tea. he washed his hands and stuff but I feel that’s something you shouldn’t really do if you’re making something for another person to consume. when we got our tea there was plenty of boba which was good but the tea itself tasted like unsweetened milk with water.

My favorite place to get boba in town. Their boba is fresh and tasty. It reminds me of when I was living in Hawaii always stopping by a boba place. Boba is a thing over there so you could find good ones easily. Having said that, this place isn’t the best I’ve ever had of course, however it definitely satisfies me whenever I’m craving for some boba. I recommend you to make a stamp card if you’re planning to go back there frequently. They’ll give you one stamp for each drink, but you’ll get two stamps if you get the Boba of the Week. When you get 7 drinks, you’ll get one drink for free.

Friendly service, but terrible taro milk tea. He said they use«real taro»… score! However, it tasted like nothing but milk. Might have shown up on an off day, but the tapioca pearls were mushy and flavorless. I don’t live in the area, but if I did I wouldn’t be back. Boba tea seems to be hit or miss all over the world and this one was a miss. We didn’t even finish them.

I can only give this place 3 stars, as I have no idea what Boba should taste like. I’ve rarely had it, even though my wife loves it(and we/she is from Japan and its everywhere there, I just never tried it)… I had some here. It was basically a berry smoothie with little pieces of mochi in it. I liked it a lot, but again, it wasn’t any different than any other berry type smoothie, aside from the mochi, which I guess is the boba part of it. Just not my cup of tea… My wife seems to like it though as she goes back often. Being a Japanese woman and living her whole life in Japan(aside from studying in Hawaii) I assuming it’s good if she likes it. Check it out for yourself. It’s in Bassett Place

This café is not bad but not amazing either… the potential to be better is there though. Ordered the matcha green tea smoothy– too much milk, not enough matcha and the boba was a little too stale/congealed to be really yummy. I like that the ingredients seem to be thoughtfully sourced and that the staff member was friendly and helpful with ordering. I’ll likely give a few other places a try but may be back here in the future too.

Not a bad place to get some Boba tea. The set up is a bit different, but otherwise the selection is not too bad. You have a craving for Boba, this place will not disappoint.

A little backstory for ya. For what seems like forever, my wife has been bugging me, saying she wants. no scratch that… NEEDS Boba Tea in her life. So naturally I have been on the hunt lol. Today, I saw a fellow Unilocaler had recently gotten a ROTD for this joint. Did a little homework, and decided to make a little after-work field trip for the wife and I. At first, we were a little confused. The GPS took us to a shopping center NEXT to Bassett Mall, and we couldn’t find it anywhere. So we guessed that it might be in the food court of the mall, and sure, enough, it was! This place is small, located in between the theatre and a smoothie shop. We had a little trouble ordering, because IMO, the menu board was a little too fancy. They wrote the menu in a bunch of bright colors in a fancy kinda of way, and for me it made it a little difficult to read. Other than that, the gentleman working was friendly enough, and the drinks were great. I had the Piña Colada, complete with tapioca beads. It was pretty good. Not the best Boba Tea, but definitely enough to satisfy a craving!

I heart boba and I’ve been hearting it for many years, so I’m smiley face to see more bubble tea places open in the sun emoji city. Habit@t is a good place to get your boba fix and it is conveniently located between a movie theater and a Target, 2 places I’ve always wanted to drink bubble tea in!(still haven’t figured out how I’ll sneak it into the IMAX, but I’ll think of something). They pretty much have all the basics, and as much as I like Teaze, I really appreciate Habit@t’s straightforward menu and ordering process. They have fewer bells and whistles than it’s competitors, but I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing. I personally love Thai tea, and the t@t’s doesn’t disappoint. There’s 2 things missing, however, that they’ll hopefully put in place soon: a frequent shopper program, nobody should ever have to pay for their sixth tea, and I know this is going to sound ridiculous, but I want, nay, I need a tight plastic seal on my cup to pop with my boba straw! I’m hoping they’ll add these 2 bubble tea fundamentals soon and I will give them that fifth and final star emoji! Yay, boba, yay! Heart.
