Very nice. The hotel is clean and has some nice amenities like the indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are modern and I like that the bathroom is brightly lit. Also it’s a very nice area with a brightly lit parking lot. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are crossing the USA.

THE GENERAL MANAGER HERE SHOULD BE FIRED. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! While traveling TDY to Fort Bliss me and my OIC stopped in to Check in and as one associate took care of me he ignored the other customer in line and continued to carry out his conversation with another employee. Then when I arrived to my room it wasn’t the type I had reserved online. So I went down to get a room with a refrigerator but since all they had left were suites he wouldn’t honour my per diem rate. So we checked out.

Went to the wrong one and the Clerk was terrific. Looked up my Reservation and printed out directions. Wow was he terrific!
