These rooms are awesome! There’s even a whole kitchenette in the room! Dishes, refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker. Better than more expensive places I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend. Super clean.(The only thing that sucks is that the pool isn’t open until May.)

Newly remodeled! The rooms are very clean and spacious! And the staff is even better. I love that there is on site laundry. Would definitely stay again

We usually stay at a Motel 6 brand when we travel because we have two dogs. After driving across the country, we arrived in El Paso and found this location. The clerk was very helpful and polite. We opened the door to the first room and were overwhelmed by the smell of pet urine. The bathroom floor was also soaking wet. I called the front desk and they moved us to a different room. This one reeked of mold or mildew and the dead bolt would not engage. Like another poster, we went next door to the La Quinta, paid less(Studio 6 now charges for pets) and had a much nicer room that was also pet friendly. We are accustomed to the no frills style of Motel ‘s, but this was seriously the nastiest motel I have ever seen.

I made my reservation to stay here back in late November of 2012(roughly 2 ½ months before my trip). On the day of my arrival while on a layover en route to Texas, I receive a call from the manager of the hotel to inform me that due to a «reservation error», I had no room. He claimed that the system should not have allowed me to make the reservation as they were fully booked. I mentioned that the reservation was made over 2 mo ago and then he claimed that their system showed my reservation as being made only days ago. The best he had to offer was to pay for one night stay at Motel 6(their sister facility), across the street. We stayed there and this place was a dump… hairs all over the comforter which had cigarette burn marks, no mini fridge, no microwave. Just a flat out dump of a place. We specifically made a reservation for the Studio 6 as we had a big group staying there and we also wanted use of a kitchenette. The manager also offered to give me a room the following day if one came available(claimed that 5 parties were supposed to check out). The following day we called back only to find that still no rooms would be available. We had checked out of the dump that we stayed in and moved to a nearby La Quinta which was nearly the same price but so much nicer. I would not recommend this place at all. How can you run a business where your customer makes reservations months in advance, to show up on the day of arrival to no room. Seriously!

Went and stayed at Studio 6 in El Paso a couple business trips ago. For a business traveler, I wouldn’t recommend it. The wireless was out for approximately 3 – 4 days… I had to use the wireless from La Quinta one building over in order to surf the web or access my email. Lots of long-term residents in this place. I only stayed about 5 days. They had two rate options for the rooms… one where they changed your linens weekly and provided you towels bi-weekly, or a higher rate where they changed your linens and towels daily. I chose the daily option, while the co-workers chose the cheaper option. Later on they informed me they regretted not taking the more expensive one. Teeny tiny TV, and your standard Motel 6 shower(shower only, no tub). There was a small kitchenette, and I had a full-sized refrigerator. Dishes were available in the cabinets. Honestly, it’s a no-frills, you-get-what-you-pay-for place. It’s a bit away from the airport, lots of long-term residents. It’s not bad for what it is, especially if you’re trying to save some cash.
