4 in the morning. Late meal or early breakfast. Food is good. Service was good considering the crowd these servers have to deal with. Only 1 issue. Every piece of paper has found its way to the ground. There are 15 customers. So not over populated. Hopefully someone will accidentally sweep. I only give bad places a second chance. So ihop gets another.

Okay well first of all the food was average, nothing special. The restaurant itself was dirty with straw wrappers and little pieces of trash over the floor. The bathroom wasn’t that clean either. My biggest problem was the terrible customer service. The server was very rude to me and my friends for no apparent reason. One of my friends cards got declined so another friend pitched in. When the server came back with the receipt for him to sign the server was pointing at the tip area in a rude manner, so my friend left it empty for that reason. The server left the table angry saying things under his breath. Next he didn’t bring me back my change, I let some time pass by before saying anything. I called for him with the help of another server. He came back and was still angry, I asked him for my change. He got even more angry and started saying things without caring that I was able to hear him. He was calling me an hijo de la chingada and more. I made eye contact with him and that’s when he stopped stomping around the store and finally got my change. To top it off he slammed my change on the table and kept on cussing.

I had a wonderful meal as well as good customer service here at this IHOP. Their food was cooked great and everything was in order. Love the fact that breakfast is all day, I mean who doesn’t? I like IHOP but Denny’s always has my heart.

IHOP — International House of Pancakes. Essentially, it’s a Denny’s with MORE focus on pancakes. As in they have all the other business from eggs to bacons, sandwiches to chicken and waffles. It’s a Denny’s… Or, Denny’s is an IHOP… Depends. Either way unless you’re brand new to this country, like seriously you’ve never been here(US), then you already know what IHOP is… But just in case… It’s a 24 hrs(open) breakfast specialty restaurant. It’s decent. This location might have actually been the cleanest(or close too) IHOPs I’ve ever been too. It’s located in a newer-ish and nicer-ish shooing center. That may have something to do with it. Also the service was pretty spot on. Zero order mix ups, very prompt… In and out in under one hour… And I took my time. Not as busy as most IHOPs… We drove by one this morning near the airport hotels like in the other side of I-10 at the end of airway… SLAMPACKED even at 0700. This one off George Dieter? All to ourselves. Nice. The food was about as quality as you’d expect from an IHOP. So many different pancakes to choose from. I went with chocolate chip. They were good, but I gotta feeling the Original old plain flap jacks might be better… I’ll try them next time. No rush lol. I try not to give any food fast/chain-ish places more than 3 stars. I don’t want to encourage people eating out at places like that when so many amazing lesser know and better restaurants exist. But I’ll admit it when it needs to be admitted and yea, THISIHOP location gets a rock solid 2 star. Since Cracker Barrel is way on the other side of the mountain… Feel free to his this spot up. Fairly inexpensive too. Das it Mayne

It was just a standard IHOP. I think it was a little cleaner and less busy than other locations. I ordered banana crepes with Nutella combo. Combo comes with two eggs, two bacons and hash brown. I think it was the first time I came to IHOP and didn’t order pancakes. It was very good. I usually can’t even finish 1 entire pancake so the crepes were perfect amount for me. Aaand it came with bananas and Nutella. It cannot be bad right? The server was a nice guy. Service was very quick. We came out within an hour.

Service not good. Waitress forgot about us. Had to get our own milk for coffee, syrup and napkins. Music too loud.

This is my third visit… I ordered a fried cheesecake with strawberries and bananas and a french toast with bacon to take out. I have to say that I’m really sourprised on how fast their service is, even when they’re really busy. Today they forgot to put the maple sauce in the bag, but when I came back the waitress was waiting for me with those. Good service overall, people working there seems to enjoy what they’re doing. Also have to say that I love their bacon and maple sauce! :)

Disappointing visit to the IHOP located on George Dieter in El Paso, TX. If you go to this IHOP they treat kids as half person when it comes to seating. They stuffed our party of five into a booth meant for four. However, without asking, they bring adult sized drinks out for those same kids in order to increase your bill. Additionally, this IHOP charges gratuity on parities of five. Lastly, if you ask for water with lime, you get water with lemon. Basically this IHOP tells you what you want — to sit crammed into a booth, more OJ than you can drink, lemons over lime and to pay 15% tip.

I’ve been meaning to do this for some time… since pancake day to be exact. Anyway, although it’s been so long I really wanted to share that at this iHop we had the best, I mean the BEST waitress we’ve had in a few years. A lot of times it feels like servers now a days suck and we tip them anyway(It’s courtesy right?). Well that one time we were there our waitress was on point! As you can imagine the place was packed with people like us that were after their free pancakes– maybe there were more high schoolers than any other age range though. When she brought us our food, she looked at my partner’s plate and said«You’re missing a bacon strip, I’ll be back with it.» So there she goes and then she comes with that bacon strip we would’ve never noticed gone. Then BAM two glasses with water as refills for our not-yet empty cups were set on our table. She really stole our hearts there because when we’re out anywhere, including those pricey places, we have to wait for a server to be around our table and then ask if we can please have a refill. We wish all servers her could be like her and that we could remember her name lol. She was an older Mexican lady with dark hair –I think tallish– so look for her if you’re there.

This is the cleanest IHOP I’ve ever been too and the employees are always nice.

The extra star is for us being seated quickly on a Saturday morning and for our waiter being so chipper and sweet. My biggest issue with this place is that it is a dying chain that just doesn’t try anymore. They messed up my breakfast order, my pancakes were gross(burned bottom/doughy center) and they had a clown(which terrify me). My bf seemed to enjoy his breakfast(ham steak, sunny side eggs & a creamy crêpe). I didn’t have the same joy(scrambled eggs but they forgot the onions & cheese, 2 skinny pieces of bacon & my doughy/crunchy pancakes). Oh and the pancakes weren’t even hot enough to melt the butter =(

Awesome awesome Awesome, granted that the food is pricey but service is good, food is good, it’s hardly ever crowded and it’s open 24 hrs :)
