Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse of El Paso

I go to Lowe’s alot at least twice a month. More plants and planters and soil. Very efficient and friendly workers. I had a few questions about random flowers and seedlings, the employee was super friendly and helpful. I used to favour Home Depot but I will come to Lowe’s more, now that I have the Lowe’s card. home improvement and random crafting now that I’m nesting.

I am a frequent visitor to this lowes location. I must say, of the several locations in the El Paso area, this is my favorite. Not only is it the closest drive, but it always seems to have what I need in stock or available.
I would give this place 5 stars, but sadly the customer service does lack some. There have been several times I have needed assistance in one of the departments, and wouldn’t you know it I couldn’t find a soul. Getting someone to assist you over the phone is difficult as well.
I will continue coming here simply because of the available of the products I frequently purchase, however I wish they would correct the service issues.

My first bathroom remodel was a tremendous success, largely because I came here and had assistance from Aaron, so it was natural that I’d return when it came time to remodel another bathroom. Although I had purchased in-​stock items from the NE Lowes, the sole reason for my coming back was Aaron. You can’t hardly get that high quality customer service anywhere nowadays, and when you’ve got a good thing going!!! Anyway, I purchased the floor model of a particular cabinet, which meant a big markdown. However, while opening up the back of my pickup, gravity took the loaded cart downhill, crashing it into a cart corral and spilling the contents. The floor model was now a damaged parking lot model. Unhappy but resolved to make the best of it, I put it back on the cart and wheeled it toward my truck. It was still off and I couldn’t quite squeeze the bloody thing close to the rear gate. Fortunately, another customer saw my plight and quickly came to my rescue. Besides the superb storee personnel, the highly intelligent customers who can appraise a desperate situation and act accordingly is another great reason for coming to this superior store!
