Kohl’s

What horrible experience when it comes to the staff there. Waited in line for almost 30 min and was told I couldn’t use the $ 5 coupon because it was now past 1pm. Got a manager and instead of him helping, he argued with me in front of the other customers embarrassing me. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Don’t recommend this place at all. Thank you Kohls!

This review is solely based on how their staff did NOT assist a 71 year old woman with her purse being stolen from the dressing room. It is not a reflection on price/​products.
When a tiny, senior woman comes to staff concerned that her purse, along with ID, credit cards, car and house keys and a $ 100 Kohl’s gift card was stolen right out of her dressing room, they should offer to immediately help.
She was brushed off like her time didn’t matter. They did not offer to check surveillance video, and told her to look around because people steal money out of the purse and leave it hang on a rack.
She went back the next day and explained how she felt treated like she wasn’t important and her situation wasn’t dire. She had to rekey her house, car and alarm systems because the thief had her address and keys to everything!
KOHL’s also told her they would have issued a new gift card has she purchased it directly from them instead of at a 3^rd party (I believe her husband bought it at the military PX).
Kohl’s just lost a very loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars per year at their stores, and I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.

This kohls offers military discounts, not all if them do! I came here with a friend to help her find professional attire. They have an awesome selection, casual or formal! Some items are pricey, but you can find a lot if nice things on sale! And to top it all off, if you have a hard time finding the right bra size, they have a huge selection! I actually found my size for once! Oh, and be sure to peek at their jewelry department, their disney watches are too cute!

Great place to shop! This is the by far the best Kohl’s in town. Friendly associates and managers. Everyone is always willing to help. If you don’t have a coupon, don’t worry, they always find a way so you can save. If you are not a Rewards member then you have to sign up.
