Now is Casa Kia a bunch of people outside trying yo sell you a new vehicle but the service deparment horrible no good like before with Integrity Kia

So a week after my tail light fiasco, my front tweeter had blown out and had to go again to get that fixed. I went in so they can inspect the car and then order the part. I had my wife and newborn with me and we decided to wait in the parts department because of the noise from the TV in the waiting area. I had simply asked the technician if he could just make sure the rear camera was working correctly, he stated it was and I simply made a comment about my recent PRK eye surgery that may be throwing my vision off wack. Well they confirmed my speaker was blown (on my brand new Kia two weeks old that was brought to me without the dealership allowing me to inspect it) he goes to the back to order the part with the parts department. Well this technician name Scott Smith proceeded talking with the parts manager calling me a liar stating that I was crazy for saying the camera was out of wack. My wife heard everything before I got there while they proceeded to make fun of me. It was probably a good thing I didn’t hear everything. So integrity Kia employees please realize that the walls are thin and you should have your unprofessional conversations either never or somewhere the customers cannot hear you.

Martha was excellent: knowledgeable, kind and professional. Love seeing knowledgeable women in the service area of dealerships.

Great customer care. Gave me the best trade in value for my vehicle beating the Chevy dealer by over 4000 dollars and also negotiated a great deal on my new Sorento. They where not pushy and tried to help in every way possible. Would recommend them to anybody.
