Terrible customer service, i order a valentines flower arrangement with three weeks in advance of the 14^th and i received it o the 18^th the arrangement eas expensive and the quality of the flowers really poor defenitely not what they promised

This is the worst florist I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I had ordered through an 800 floral service (since I live in San Diego, CA) on a Wednesday requesting a Saturday delivery. The people I had arranged for delivery were told to wait at home for a delivery by 5:00 pm no delivery so they went out to dinner this was in October so weather was still HOT. When they got back the flowers were sitting on the doorstep about 80−90% of the flowers were DEAD!!! So I tried to call them on Sunday morning with no luck but message said they were open until 12 noon on Saturday, which tells me the flowers were arranged earlier in the day and driven around in a hot vehicle from at least 12 noon until after 5 pm in the October heat of El Paso. After complaining to the 800 service it was arranged to have bouquet (described as This charming basket bouquet features seasonal fresh flowers, such as spray roses, asters, alstroemeria, miniature carnations, monte casino, or similar favorites, in pretty pink, hot pink, and lavender tones with butterfly accents, too. It’s sure to lift anyone’s spirits! Approximately 15 inches wide x 14 inches high. Some flowers will vary seasonally — When I ordered I was given the offer of small, medium or large at varying prices and I chose the large!!!) redelivered. On Tuesday at around 7 pm a bouquet which was very much smaller less than 6 – 8 inch basket with very few flowers and no plastic liner was delivered. Needless to say I am very unhappy with this florist and advise any and all not to use them as you will not get what you ordered or paid for if the flowers are even alive. You would think since they messed up so badly on the first order they would have bent over and sent what was paid for or better. What a waste which also put dampers on my parents 20^th Anniversary. Please don’t let them ruin your or those whom you love special occasion.
