Not Just A Flower Shop

I called to place an order for a friend’s Dad’s memorial service. It was unfortunately sudden. With only a few days notice, I didn’t know the time, only the name and date but Vanessa said she knew the funeral parlor and would take care of it. A group of us all pitched in to get their family a large display of hydrangeas, roses and orchids as we couldn’t be there ourselves on such short notice. Vanessa was so helpful, sympathetic and understanding throughout the whole sensitive process, easing any worries we had.
It was a comfort to us to be able to send our condolences a thousand miles away. I would definitely order from them again, though hopefully on a more light-​hearted event next time.

I work across the street and saw that this shop had good reviews. I needed something very specific for a Memorial Service. Only blue, yellow and white flowers. I described what type of flowers I needed, told them to make it as classy and un-​funeral like as possible. They did an exquisite job. Even though I’d instructed blue & white hydrangeas and yellow roses. I was so pleased to see yellow sunflowers and other blue flowers (I’m not good with identifying flowers!) Beautiful job, thank you. I’ll be back soon.

I do not live in El Paso but needed to send flowers to a funeral hone. The funeral home recommended a different florist, when I looked them up I didn’t find many positive comments. I did a search on area florists and decided to try this florist! I was treated very well, Angel was very helpful and gave the utmost best customer service! I was so impressed I sent out an email to other board members and even shared the phone number in case they wanted to share with others. Thank you for taking the time during a sad time.

i actually didnt find this shop on Unilocal,but at a salon since i took my grandmother for a spa day for her 86^th birthday. I had noticed they had flowers in the front and figured «why not give them a try». They were fairly close to downtown and since my family and i were going to be having dinner at the café central i thought it would be a wonderful surprise for my grandmothers birthday. So i jumped in my car and drove there, the building was a bit hard to find but my iphone helped get there. Upon walking in i noticed there was some crazy monster arrangement being made in the back and i was stunned. I didnt actually know how big flowers can actually be arranged! the florist came to help me and he was extremely friendly. He let me walk in to the cooler to show me the flowers he had. I was on the search for peonies and i never seem to find them at all in this city. i was starstruck because he had 2 different types of peonies (which is difficult to even carry one for some reason) i told him my grandmother is getting ready for a dinner at café central and i would like them delivered at 6;00 because our reservation was at 6:30. He took down the info and he asked if she had any style or design that she preferred. i really didnt know what my grandmother likes other than peonies. He then asked how she is, her faveorite things, hobbies and belongings. i know she liked peonies (of course) she loved butterflies, and gardening is one of her specialties, she is a fan of ceramic vases in fact her favorite items are in her hutch cabinet and most of them are a ceramic «vintage» type. She went thru cancer twice. He then said he has an idea and i told him ijust wanteded it to be special. this is the first time in 5 years the whole family has came to see her. he told me not to worry and then i paid and was off. so i picked my mother up, went home to round everyone up and left to dinner. upon arriving to our reservations at café central our table was already set up. a wonderful creamy ceramic vase was in the middle filled with peonies and some weird herb or type of babys breath that made it smell incredible! there were to tiny individual vases next to it that had a single peony and some of that herb as well. there were some butterflies set on each one of our napkin holders and on one plate there was a card with the name «Sharon» (that was my grandmother) it had a small metal i guess gold plated butterfly under the card. my grandmother looked at me and wanted to cry and said it was the best birthday ever! i thank the florist and the shop. he went completely above and beyond my expectations. i definitely recommend. to anyone. they care which is hard to find in this city.

I no longer live in El Paso but when I needed a floral arrangement for my mother’s Memorial church services; I researched many EP florist & was impressed with the ratings of this business. I decided to give it a shot & Angel was truly an «angel». She went OUT OF HER WAY, no kidding; to custom-​build my floral based on my relationship to whom the flowers were for, the occasion & importantly, my budget. When my elderly dad couldn’t deliver a picture she was going to work the arrangement, SHE volunteered to pick it up! This was all last minute, mind you. I mean, who does that now a days? I was sooo grateful she offered; I was limited to what I could do being out of town. The arrangement was just gorgeous, beautiful, and did what I wanted, to make a statement of my love for my mother. I would HIGHLY Recommend this business based on my experience with them myself.

Super disappointed with this florist! Called after seeing some beautiful pictures on Unilocal and unfortunately that’s not what we got. For almost $ 44 and with pick up, not even delivery, all we received were some lillies, 3 roses, daisys and a ton of cheap looking fillers wrapped in a cheap foil looking paper. It literally looked like a bouquet I could pick up at Albertsons for half the price. I actually had called and stressed to please please please make it look pretty for a special gift and to not use any cheap flowers. They didn’t even throw in a vase. Actually when i called to let the woman know how disappointed we were she said well it is graduation and oh if you wanted a vase bring back the bouquet and I’ll rearrange it! Really??? Of all the flower services I’ve had in El Paso this is the worse. Now mind you i would not be mad if it wasn’t a gift for someone truly truly special. The only reason why I even gave one extra star is because they rushed ordered this on a Sunday, but I trusted them to have better taste than they did. If something as simple as a bouquet looks like what we received, I wouldn’t recommend them for any special occasion. Poor customer service and overall poor product! As an added note: They did not honor the Unilocal discount over the phone even if I had purchased it nor the other discount listed clearly on their Unilocal page)

I needed a flower arrangement in a hurry for a funeral. I looked online and saw some good reviews for this place.
I called and went myself to place the order, the person that helped me was very helpful and professional. I needed the flowers for the same day, and he offered as much help as possible.
The flowers were delivered to the funeral on time and were very beautiful!
It was not expensive and I loved what I received.
