Horrible service, will never return. I found chicken bones and cartilage in my enchiladas. I tried to be understanding and just picked it out and ate my meal. When an employee came to take our plates I pointed out what was in my food just so they could be aware of what was going on, she went to go speak with the owner because she didn’t speak English. For some reason they thought I wanted my food for free which wasn’t the case at all. At this point a waitress attempted to reprimand me, explaining that it’s part of the chicken. Never coming back!

Delicious! We arrived and waited only 15 minutes. This place was PACKED! The red sauce on the enchiladas was delicious. We added a short stack and a chorizo breakfast burrito to our breakfast. Salsa was spicy and fresh! Will definitely be coming back next time we are in El Paso

Just one visit here and it is exactly what it seems to be. The menu provides a large variety of inexpensive dishes. Breakfast, lunch or dinner are all offered. My wife any I ate here 2 nights ago and spent just $ 16! Dinner for 2 for less than $ 20! And it tasted fantastic! We will be trying it again very soon.

Went for lunch and had a great experience. The salsa was very good and had loads of flavor. Chips were a little stale tasting, but not horrible. Some people seem to like their chips less thin and crispy. The best value is to get the burritos. I got the chile relleno and the Colorado burrito and was full for $ 4. They were very tasty but needed some hot sauce(I like em spicy!) Looks like they have great breakfast but I haven’t tried any yet.

Though I will admit it is a bit sketchy looking, I have to say that The Clock is the place to go for authentic, inexpensive, Mexican breakfast food. It is, quintessentially, a diner. The waitresses are very friendly, and will do their best to converse with you in English(most of them speak primarily Spanish, I have found), but if you have any background in Spanish, now might be the time to dust it off! The food comes out fast, and is always nice and hot. Their Horchata is delicious, and when paired with a burrito plate, starts your Saturday or Sunday off right!

The food is always pretty good here. All the food tastes home cooked. It’s a Mom and Pop spot. Love their Salsa, and pretty much all the breakfast items. Bacon is thick, sometimes too crispy. Been coming here for over ten years.

I’ve been here a couple times and I loved it! My kids enjoyed their pancakes, my mom loved the omelet she ordered and I have no words to describe how delicious my chile rellano breakfast was! Generous portions and made perfect! I have deemed this our go to breakfast place!

I gotta say, in glad I give things a second chance. My husband and I came here a few months ago. He had been here before and loved it so I was willing to give it a chance. I was non too thrilled with the food or the service and vowed to bever come back here. Fast forward a few month, we are in the process of moving, and since we are currently living out of boxes we decided to go out to breakfast. Im over Ihop and dennys and I was craving Mexican food so back to The Clock we went. The food was amazing. I ordered the Colorado breakfast plate and hubby got carne asada tacos. Our waitress was super sweet and the food came very quickly. This is now our third day in a row here. The staff are extremely friendly. They remember you and always come by and say hi. There is a very family friendly atmosphere. You can here the cooks singing in the kitchen and the food always comes our perfect. Wish they would open a second location on the Eastside so we wont have to drive so far for an amazing breakfast experience.

It was me & my husband’s 1st time here it’s morning we found this diner and since breakfast spots are hard to find in El Paseo we were excited to try the food after reviewing Unilocal as We walk in it’s busy we are told by a waitress to seat our selfs so we found a table in the back it’s a clean restaurant the décor displays a variety of clocks on the wall. we have been sitting & waiting on a server for about 15 minutes now so I got up and grabbed a few menus to look over while we waited for a waitress to come over to our table we were reviewing the menu it had a variety of breakfast, lunch, & dinner items, there were also Mexican entrees after looking over the entire menu I’m going to take a guess that it’s Mexican & American dishes that are mainly on the menu. After waiting almost 20 minutes our waitress arrives she asked if we would like something to drink and if we are ready to order my husband gets the pancakes eggs & bacon, I order the waffle bacon, & they substitute my eggs for hashbrowns at no extra charge. our order comes to the table in less than 15 minutes. The pancake breakfast all(3) cakes were burnt & had a Smokey taste to it the eggs were over cooked and had some toasty brown color the bacon was okay. The breakfast waffle was also burnt with a smokey under taste, the bacon was chared at the ends, the hashbrown was a little over cooked and was greasy I was disappointed and looked around for our waitress she was nowhere insight so after waiting over 10 minutes I got up with my breakfast plate in hand and decided I’m leaving so I found my waitress and let her know the issue she apologized & got the manager who also apologized she didn’t give her name and I did ask but it was so busy she didn’t hear me I let the manager know that I didn’t eat my food & that it was burnt she offered to issue a discount but instead she didn’t charge me at all for both meals. I appreciated that I wasn’t charged and thanked her. Unfortunately for the quality of service & food offered here I will not be returning I hope that for future customers they have a better experience than I did & that there food is edible.

This was my first time here and won’t be the last. I was here with a big group and my food was still brought out in a timely manner considering there was only 2 servers. Food was definitely delicious and not one did our party have to ask for refills.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and I won’t be going back. Just wasn’t impressed with my food. The hash browns were way overcooked and the refried beans tasted slightly burnt. The sauces were interesting too. My server was very nice and attentive but I kept overhearing the other server calling all the men in the restaurant«baby» after everything she said to them and I just thought that was weird. Felt like being in a strip club at 6:00 a.m.

I love this restaurant, but I always come for one thing: The Fernie Burger(with fries). It’s the best green chile cheeseburger I’ve ever had. I grew up on Midwest diner burgers, but this one beats them all. The fries are perfect too — lightly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and super hot.(Add your own salt.) It doesn’t hurt that the prices are fantastic as well.

A wonderful place to come any day of the week. I visit often and I can say happy every time. Great breakfast. Awesome lunch and amazing dinners. This is El Paso diners at its best. A real North East Treasure.

All our local El Pasoans had told us to eat here. Old school diner with lots of local patrons. Our experience was great. The service was on it. Lots of folks offering more coffee, water, checking on us if we needed anything. It was nice to see how our waitress knew so many regular customers It reminded me of a small town diner. The food was good, large portions and yes semi-greasy spoon. I think try it out and if it’s for you… You’ll know. We definitely will be back!

Service is good but it’s always busy here. There’s a lot of tables and usually by yourself you can find a seat at the bar pretty quick. The breakfast options are huge! Beans and hash browns are always good. The bacon isn’t the best but it’s ok. This place has a great crowd. Military friendly and an old timer sitting next to me bought my breakfast.

The best feature about this restaurant is seeing it in your rear view mirror. If you’re in the mood for substandard service and greasy dining this is the place to go. You want any table service? Your best bet is to tackle one of the waitresses as they run towards one of their regular customers. After finally receiving our order to go(instead of staying) I wasn’t surprised to open my order at home and see that it was missing items. Seriously go somewhere else to eat if you don’t have time to waste.

If you’re craving diner style food. This is where to go. Complete with greasy food and personable staff. We heard this place gets packed on the weekends; we came in around noon on a Sunday and sat almost immediately. Everything the staff brought out looked good, so I had a hard time deciding what to order. I ended up just ordering the machaca burrito and a couple tacos, based on what I was in the mood for. It was good –not great, but I’m willing to go back and try the other menu items. I also ended up stealing a couple bites out of the kids’ chocolate chip pancakes and that was really good. What I really liked about the place was the price. For three adults and two kids, our bill was only $ 31. For the portions, we expected to pay more.
