Very nice find! Food was unique and delightful. Service was quick and pleasant. The food combination is Chinese with more pleasant seasoning. This is not your typical panda express Chinese. It is high quality gourmet Asian fusion!

Service was respectful although if you do not speak spanish BEWARE. The wait staff are mexican nationals who communicate solely in spanish and make it very difficult for anyone who do not speak fluent spanish. All communication from the wait staff is in Spanish.
Food was DISGUSTING. Every plate we ordered was clearly made from old ingredients.
The only redeeming trait was that the ambiance was outstanding. Beautifully decorated restaurant.

Host took our drink order then walked away with the menus. And that was pretty much the good part.
The great salt lake has nothing on their cabbage soup. The tempura was fine, can’t say the same for the egg rolls. Egg foo yung was just OK. The duck seemed to be reconstituted meat. The beef was tough as nails. Rice was bland and boring. Chicken was edible. The rest just sad.
Ended up with a shopping bag of dog food that cost $ 80. And the dogs didn’t care for some of it either. Oh and they have an entertainer who seems to think going and sitting at someone’s table while singing to them during dinner is entertaining.
We won’t be back. I’d imagine the Restaurant For Rent sign is being made as I type.

This has got to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to!!! Do not come here to eat!!! My order was not what I wanted and I I told the waiter (speaks only Spanish) to take it back, he informed me I would still have to pay!!! What the heck!!!

Horrible service! I took my mother to Paco Wong’s for dinner and it was the worst experience ever. We did not get a menu until I asked for it and then no one acknowledged us while waiting to get attended. Another family got attended before we did and they arrived 10 minutes after we did. None the less we did not receive our drinks and did not get asked to place our order. My mother and I walked out! I will never go back. I do not recommend this place. We had better service at Pei Wei’s.

Bluuuu Horrible! hard to write a specific review, when nothing in this restaurant is good. Maybe the service and the dry wings and egg rolls, but other than that the food is way to salty and it taste nothing like Chinese food. Their restaurant in Juarez was, good the one in the east side that closed was decent and owe how I miss chopsticks, but paco Wong is a disgrace to the Wong family. Horrible food!

$ 2 for hot sauce?!? Really? The servers had no idea what was on the menu and when I asked for hot sauce the server never even told us there would be an additional charge until we saw a $ 2 charge on our bill! Food was just ok. Seafood dishes were of course frozen fish. Won’t be going back for overpriced Chinese dishes…

I love this place. Only Asian food I’m ok with really; besides sushi. I usually have the ensalada de amor, pork n that fried sushi which is just perfect because I’m usually rushing. When I have time I order the steamed cod, natural fish; topped off with sprouts n almonds which my waiter suggested n I can’t have it any other way now. But I will have to ask to go lighter on the soy, not big on salty just my preference.
The staff is so well mannered n helpful, very attentive and thoughtful even though they may be rushing.

I attended a professional meeting here in the private back room. It took nearly an hour and a half for people to start receiving their food… there were only 2 other families in the entire restaurant! I ordered the orange chicken and was so dissatisfied with the taste. The chicken had no flavor, the sauce was lackluster, and the rice was kind of dry. I’m normally not a picky person, so that’s saying something. On a lighter note, the atmosphere was pleasant and our waiter was attentive. Hopefully no one chooses this place for another meeting because I’m not coming back

Gets a giant «meh». Not terrible, not great. Ordered our food for take-​out. First, they got the order wrong, the low mein was actually pretty good, but we were incorrectly given some pineapple chicken thing that was not very good. Overall, we are the food because it was lunchtime and we were hungry, but won’t be going back there.

negative 10. sat down noticed the menu was dirty. overlooked it. ordered the 2 for 22 deal. got egg roll (1) got two pieces of shrimp. ordered bbq pork. asked for hot sauce and sweet and sour for the appetizers was told they cost 2 bucks each,. they did serve KETCHUP though LOL. we got upset and told them we are not going to pay and asked to speak to a owner. mgr someone with authority to let them know what a rip off place this is and we are not going to pay. the served was adamant that we needed to pay for our food!!! we sad no way we each had one bite of this horrific food. we sat there for at least 5 min waiting for someone to come to our table. I got up said that’s it we are leaving. went to the front and the gal was on the phone with someone. advised we are leaving she told us she would CALL THE POLICE on us to have us pay for the food. WE WERE SHOCKED we said … no way and said do what you have to do and walked out.

The service was slow, but if you flagged down a waiter (some will ignore you, try spanish) or asked twice you could get your drink or your bill. The chicken was largely fat and tendon. It was covered with batter similar to fare seen at a cheap Chinese buffet. The beef was gamey, unsure why. The rice had clearly been reheated several times and was old. I feel certain that none of the food was made to order. That being said, I had been told that their prices were higher than they were, so I was pleasantly surprised by our bill.

Really bad. I really don’t like writing bad reviews but thus place was awful. The service was the worst ever. We literally did not see our server for forty five minutes. The food was not good at all. The egg rolls were not edible. I’m amazed this place is in business. Oh, if you go in don’t look down. The carpets by our table was disgusting. This place is way over priced. Sorry about the bad review. Maybe we just went on a really really off night, but will not give the place a second chance.

Be forewarned this is kind of a upscale restaurant. The food was some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The service was so so at best. The atmosphere was nice we felt like it was more of a place to take a date or a group of adults although there were some children there and ours it’s just seemed a little upscale for kids.

The wings were good, that’s about all the good I can say. There was 1 large party there and then one other table besides us. The service was soooooo slow. My date repetitively had to re-​request simple things like his pepsi. We had mongolian beef and cashew shrimp. The mongolian beef should have been called mongolian bell peppers… where’s the beef! I don’t like bell peppers. It was gross. It took 2 hours to have chinese… CHINESE!!! We don’t need to go back there…
