Good serive, good food, clean resrrooms, awesome decore. The drink fountain is awesome. It gets a little full, buts it’s worth it though.

Excellent service. This was take out and I have been here before. Great family oriented restaurant that I highly recommend. The food selections are good and the food is fresh off the grill.

Loved this place but it went down. Same as the others, the cashier has no expression when I told her that there were no clean utensils, plates or lemons, the place was emptied and the tables were dirty, the floors were dirty with food droppings, the portions were smaller than before that I even thought it was a kids meal with no taste or flavor!!! I also Ordered the lettuce wraps and the the lettuce was old and soggy, I was not even able to finish my meal, the waiter never came back with my utensils and lemon! What a shame because I WAS a regular, not anymore and I am not a returning customer.

I do like this location for the most part, there are great staff that help bring the food out and clean the dining area quickly. The reason I give it three stars is because the food is never that consistent it’s just like one reviewer said it very salty and the other reason is again which another reviewer pointed out the cashier/order taker, she(heavy set Hispanic female with glasses) was rude the restaurant was busy the dining area staff was great in getting a table ready for us prior to us ordering when I got to her she looked at us and didn’t see the dining area staff had already readied a table and look at the dining area and thought there was no seating and instead of saying please wait or something said were not ready for you and turned around and began talking to the takeout cashier. Strike one, strike two when my wife and I couldn’t decide on a 4 or 8 count role she turn around and told us, tell me when your ready? For the chefs/cooks food is fresh and well cooked but please watch the salt/soy sauce usage

They added Kung Pau meal served with iceberg lettuce. Yet when you order online it only offers rice & other sides. No lettuce. I told the cashier this, she didn’t seem to care. Didn’t offer to get me the lettuce. All she said was hopefully they’ll fix that soon. Why put new items on the menu if you can’t order it? Kids meal was kinda gross, no flavor & the steak looked boiled. With all the restaurant options out there it will be a long while before I return.

One step above Panda Express its one of my favorite Asian American restaurants. Food is always hot and made to order. Clean sit down restaurant without a huge price tag. Restaurant is clean with the sounds of food being made by the chefs in the background. Overall nice restaurant with consistent experience and food quality.

Food is consistent and not bad at all, but the girl at the register(wears glasses) was extremely rude, not friendly. I felt uncomfortable after that. She even addressed the customers behind me in a very short, and rude voice. Ruined my experience.

Like everyone said, Pei Wei is a more casual version of PF Changs. The restaurant was well decorated, organized, and clean. It reminds me of Noodle & Company but with an evening Asian twist. As for the food, personally if I’m craving unhealthy Americanized Asian food, I rather just get some panda express. Sorry. My meal was overwhelming salty and disappointing. Maybe the cook tripped and dumped way to much salt/soy sauce in. Maybe they were real busy, and didn’t stir fry to their usual perfection or didn’t care. Whatever the reason, I wanted to herd everyone in the restaurant who thought they were eating solid Asian food into the family-owned Chinese restaurant just up the block. I came here with some friends, their pick this night, so I can’t complain. But for those who’ve never explored, please stretch yourself and step into a hole in the wall, family owned Asian restaurant. You won’t regret it. Now, excuse me whole I drink tons of water to cleanse myself from this sodium overdose.

I live in central EP and get out west every so often. So glad we stopped in to check it out. Inexpensive, delicious Asian dishes without the fuss of table service. Thai lime and chili salad was chock full of fresh veggies with light vinegarette dressing. Chicken lettuce wraps were awesome as well. We will be back for Coconut Curry and Pad Thai

Love Love Pei Wei. I take home food from here 2 – 3 times a month. Its kinda the little sister of P.F. Changs. Cheaper but i think they taste better. I usually order Kung Pao or the Orange Peel. When you order out the food is ready in a short amount of time. If you eat in, its a little bit of a wait.

Pei Wei is consistently good. If you use their online ordering tool, you can save time on your order pickup, especially on those crowded days when you are rushing home from work. The food is tasty for a chain restaurant; the pad thai and coconut green curry dishes are winners.

Pei Wei: It’s a Quick Service version of P. F. Chang’s China Bistro without the Waiter and Table Cloths. Yummy, Healthy, Gluten Free Conscience and Special Diets Approved, PW is a Good Value and along with a Take-Out menu, Pei Wei is a tasty winner. Freshly prepared Asian items influenced by the cuisines of China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Thailand, Pei Wei is Consistently Fresh and Consistently Tasty — it makes me want to stop whenever I see a Pei Wei.
Two choices in El Paso, Both are a Equally Good Choice for Lunch or Dinner! Thai it. .. You’ll Like It!

I’m a big fan of Pei Wei’s Pad Thai, and this location delivers on that expectation, but by far my favorite thing about this Pei Wei is the soda machine. Their futuristic soda machine delivers a ton of different kinds of soda PLUS a wide variety of flavoring, I actually had Raspberry Coke Zero, it was great! I hadn’t seen this type of machine before, as of March they didn’t even have it at the eastside Pei Wei, so yea, its pretty sweet. Location is kinda small, but I was still able to find seating during lunch rush hour, so not bad at all.
