We ordered Thai Mango Salad, and Thai Dynamite shrimp salad… Both were fresh and delicious! The best thing about this place, is we enjoy going occasionally, I have the rewards program. So for two dinners and a soft drink. Paid 9.93…

Excellent food and good service. Fast and reliable service, the food is excellent and arrives at your table warm and served with a smile. I just keep going to this place over and over again.

I have been here a number of times and have always been happy. On other occasions I would rate it a 5 for customer service, speed, menu options, and Great food. However, I ate sesame chicken yesterday that gave me food poisoning. I know it was this because everything else I had that day so did my whole family. I don’t think food poisoning is ever acceptable for a food establishment and thus I won’t ever return.

I only went to this Pei Wei location once but I was extremely impressed with what I had to eat here. I ordered the chicken with broccoli and brown rice. It all tasted really fresh and the flavor was amazing. I am still drooling over the brown rice in particular(this is coming from a non-brown rice lover btw). It’s in fact the best rice I’ve ever had. It was steamed to perfection and the texture was amazing. I need to return to this Pei Wei location to try other things but the dish I had before was so good that I am almost afraid to try something else here(this is coming from the person who always has to try something new). Next time I’m bringing friends so we can do this family style!

First visit and a little confusing walking into the door but once you figure out the menu(easy and simple) it’s a breeze to order. The food was fast, hot, delicious, and presented well. Nothing fast food about it at all. Everything was fresh and prepared really well. The service was fast and friendly, too. One complaint — the noise level. The music was loud and just made the whole experience chaotic with everybody talking over it.

The best customer service! If anything is ever wrong, they will make it right. The entrée portions are not bad at all. I’m full with a small order. The chicken is always clean and perfectly cooked! It’s my go to place, it never disappoints.

Been to this place several times sometimes there’s a little of a wait but it’s understandable it’s no fast food place. Food is on the expensive side for what you get but your paying for the quality and the atmosphere. Service here is average, would recommend to family and friends.

I used to love Pei Wei! Never had a problem here, the customer service has always been great and we never have to wait too long for our food. I always get the pad thai but the passed few times it’s been tasting different. I don’t know if the chef changed the dish but I used to like it better before. Hm, who knows.

Took 30 mins to get my food. Food was what you would expect from Panda Express or some other Asian American restaurants. Portion is a bit larger than Panda Express though.

I really do like Pei Wei! Great food! I placed an order over the phone and the guy couldn’t get it right? Other than that great food!

So I wanted american-chinese. I thought Pei Wei was just some lousy little cheapo«asian» place and I was ready to grab some random lo-mein thing with spaghetti. I was pleasantly surprised. This place is mostly about stirfries made to order. Which is nice since Genghis Grill is so lousy. I took off a star because the vegetables in our stirfries were very, very undercooked. Which is fine if that’s what you’re after, but you may want to ask them to cook them soft to avoid somewhat raw onions. On the plus side, their tofu is great.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always prepared perfectly, if I dine in the waitstaff is very helpful, and the restaurant is decidedly clean. They’re always quick to deliver your meal as ordered. I’ve ordered online before and that always works without a hitch, and I’ve called in, either way, this place is the bomb. If you don’t know what to get, try the fried rice with chicken and steak with extra protein and extra vegetables, you can’t go wrong. Make sure to add some of their signature spicy salsa too!

Ordered online. Paid online. Thai Dynamite, and Beef Dish along with lettuce wraps. The food is amazing per usual but I knew that already since we have one of these near my job in Pasadena, California. The awesome thing about this one in El Paso(besides there not being much else to do here) is that I walked in, got a smile from the cashier, great service, my food in less than a minute, and out the door! Efficient, amazing, excellent job!

Can’t say anything but outstanding food and service, very close to a 5-star for me. Playing with the soda machine could make it worth the visit.

Tuesday was my first time eating at this restaurant. At first glance it seemed like a very nice and clean place but then came the waitstaff… Although the cashiers tried to be pleasant, they still gave the impression I was a bother to them. Upon finding a table it had to be cleaned and asked the waiter to wipe it down, he made a gesture and walked away and only seemed to return after he noticed I was becoming irritated. Aside from the poor service the food was very good and plentiful. The price was decent for the quality of food and amount but had it not been for the poor attitude of the servers it would have been a very nice dinning experience. Took a chance and went back today… bummer, the quality of service was the same and the food was not as good. The chicken in my dish was hot but needed more seasoning, the vegetables were cold and I mean just out of the freezer and dumped in the wok for about a minute cold. I will be very hesitant to back

Inexpensive, great food, and fast service. For those whom love pf changs but at a cheaper price. This restraunt is a sister chain to the pf changs. Although not as good in quality, a must for those who want to save money and a trip for those living in the east side.

Pad Thai? In El Paso? Really? Thank you Pei Wei! May Buddha never stop blessing you or the fine people at the PF Chang’s family of restaurants. You make life better, deliciously better! PS I cannot vouch for any other dish at Pei Wei because they make some of the best Pad Thai in America, at all locations, it would be foolish to order anything else. FOOLISH I TELLYOU!

This location is right behind the Tinseltown theaters, so you can imagine that right after a movie showing, it gets packed. That was the case when we went. Luckily, we were one of the first to get there at the start of the rush. It looks like a bigger place from the outside. This place must seat a little over 20 parties tops. So you go in and proceed to order, cafeteria style. Don’t walk in, ignore the sign and head to a table –blushing-. I thought the rice and noodle bowls on the menu would be smaller than what they were. I ordered a fried rice bowl with beef and my husband had the dan dan noodle bowl with chicken. They were definitely big enough to share, so we were able to each have some of both. The food was good but not super amazing. There is no waiter service at all. None. I’ve gone to cafeterias or buffets where you at least have someone provide refills, but this isn’t the case here. You get your own drinks and your own silverware. This proved to be a bit of a snag because there were no forks. I had to track someone down, inform them then wait several minutes for a fork. Luckily, I can use chopsticks and those are abundant on the tables. A non-chopsticker like my husband had to wait. The tables are all very close together. Even though I was trying not to listen, the lady at the table next to us was SPEAKINGVERYLOUDLY. I now know all the recent troubles in her daughter’s life. The overall dining experience was good, not great. I had heard this place was amazing. I’m still waiting. .. .. ..
