Starbucks

I have been to many many different Starbucks… And the reason I am writing a review for this one is because this is one of the worst ones that I have been to. When I think about the death of Starbucks I think that this may be the place where it may all start at. Every single time that I’ve been here the employees give out a really negative vibe and truly don’t even bother trying to give any type of service. Not even a hello. Just a blank stare. It’s as if they really hate being there. It’s early in the morning and I don’t need that kind of negativity to start my day so I just skip my overpriced mediocre cup of coffee which supposedly comes with the unique advertised Starbucks experience and take my business elsewhere. I am really not a picky person but this location just stands out to be the worst one.

New remodel has mad the place look great, unfortunately I am not a fan the service, don’t know if crew has changed or maybe its some of the new employees, but I was afternoon and night shift is really below par.
Morning crew is still good and professional.

Newly remodeled, looking so nouveau with their leather comfy chairs, high tables for large & small groups. They did an awesome job opening the place up to service more clientele who want to sit and read the paper, work on homework or projects, or just to work on the Internet.
The employees have always been so sweet & customer service oriented before it was remodeled. I’m sure that won’t change.
So glad to have one so close to where I work out and live.
By the way, I am a Starbucks Junkie!

They always make my mornings a little better ! My drink here (A vanilla bean frapp) has only disappointed once, and that was because they didn’t blend the vanilla bean enough !

I travel daily thoughout El Paso and this is by far the worst Starbucks in town. It’s a mess, the bathrooms are pretty gross, and the service was mediocre! The coffee was good as usual although the barista filled my cup up so much coffee kept spilling out. Last time I go to this Starbucks!

Very consistent service… great place to flop down with a laptop or smart phone. I mostly use the drive through which at even 5am I can get through very quickly. Love the White Chocolate Mocha…

Honestly, this is the better serving Starbucks in the westside. They’ve gotten my order wrong a couple of times, but they always apologize and gift you the drink.
In comparison to say… the Starbucks close to the upper valley, this one takes it in service, speed and friendliness.
The store is always clean, they almost always have the food you want, and they’re always posting jokes on the drive-​thru window. Overall this is my go-​to SBUX.

I like this Starbucks because it is probably the roomiest and best furnished one in El Paso, they’ve got plenty of couches and cushy seats, but they also got lots of tables and a little table bar for folks who are just there by themselves. They also got plenty of outdoor seating.
The coffee and pastries are definitely up to Starbucks standard, so no need to worry about that, and they’ve got a drive-​thru. About the only downside is that it does get quite crowded at times, and, well, you know how El Paso crowds can be sometimes…
