I’ve given this place several chances now, thinking the staff must be having an off day or maybe I arrived when they were unloading the less fresh donuts. But the fact that every single time I go something is wrong is ridiculous. They are always out of several different types of donuts. The ones they do have are often very stale. Each time I go they can’t seem to manage the difference between chocolate glazed and chocolate frosted donuts, even though I make sure to tell them specifically which one I want and that the other I don’t want. They still give me the one I didn’t want. And their coffees are always, ALWAYS burnt. I’ve been trying for months, because generally I really like Dunkin Donuts coffee, but it’s like this particular one makes its signature flavor of Did I Just Lick the Bottom of the Coffee Pot? every single time, iced or hot. Two stars because I guess it could’ve been worse? No bugs or hair in my food or anything.

I never come here but I wanted to grab a quick breakfast so I gave it a try. I guess I shouldn’t assume my order is correct but I did and left. Once I got home, I noticed my sandwich had no cheese and it had one piece of bacon. Also, it was probably the size of my tiny palm. Once I opened my small coffee I noticed a film of curdled milk on top. Being a manager of a local coffee shop I decided to taste, just in case it wasn’t the acidity in the coffee… nope it was sour. Last but not least, my donut was wrong. I wasted money and time, now I am heading to get a decent breakfast and cup of coffee. Silly me for thinking I could get that at this location.

My family and I have been to this location on Redd several times as we live about 5 minutes away. Never once has our order been correct. They are often out of items, and don’t tell us. We will open up our order and realize it’s missing all sorts of things. Like the pretzel bun burger. They didn’t tell us they sold out of the pretzel bun, they just substituted it for another roll. Drive through is always a disaster. I always get someone else’s order. We’ve given up on this location.

Well the seating and lounging area is absolutely adorable. Unfortunately we by the time we arrived here(around 2) almost all the doughnuts were gone! They said it would be a half an hour wait until the next batch. We decided just to leave

In all the times I’ve gone to this location, I’ve never had an issue, except for the last time. I went specifically to try the croissant donut. I went at 9 am. I ordered an iced coffee, and the croissant donut, and was told they were sold out of that donut. At 9AM! Already sold out? So I ordered a chocolate donut instead. When I got to the drive-thru window, the girl handed me a hot coffee, which I know I didn’t order. I never get hot coffee at DD. I told her I ordered and iced and they made the correct one. I paid, and went home. When I got home, I saw that instead of a chocolate donut, I had a cake donut, which I hate. I ate it anyway, because I was hungry. The girl at the window was attempting to multi-task, taking drive-thru orders and making coffees at the same time. I get it’s difficult, but if you can’t multi-task, and get the orders correct, you should not attempt to do so.

The coffee and donuts here are very good, and the variety of options are unrivaled in El Paso. Complaints: When ordering 2 dozen donuts with a variety of flavors, we specifically asked for a «few» of blueberry and another flavor and we received 2 of each. Also, they did not have sausage kolaches, which is essentially the only reason we chose Duncin Donuts for our donuts as El Paso does not have many options for kolaches. They said it would take 30 minutes to make them. Tip: don’t put it on your menu if you won’t always have it. The staff were not apologetic at all about this. I won’t be back to this location.

I am sad to say that I ordered the mocha coolata and it was terrible. I went in and orderd the mocha coolata because I had tried it in Las Cruces and it was AMAZING! I knew how good the coolata was in Cruces so me being a westsider from El Paso I said, «a coolata sounds amazing right now!» It was terrible. Not only was the mocha way to strong, but it was watery and the guy didn’t even add the whipped cream. It looked nothing like it’s supposed to and it tasted terrible. I called back to tell them and while they«tried to help.» They didn’t seem to care. I have always liked Dunkin Donuts, but this one was definitely not somewhere I want to go back to.

Since I’m originally from the northeast, Boston to be exact, having a Dunkin’ Donuts in town is awesome. The coffee’s the best of what you’ve come to expect from D’nD, and they have all the donuts you’ve come to expect — pardoning, of course, the gluten-free ones as has been pointed out by another Unilocaler. Surprisingly, this location was relatively quiet on a Saturday and Sunday morning. This is definitely not Boston where on any given weekend you’d be standing in line for an hour or more waiting for some coffee and donuts. I hope business picks up for ‘em because I don’t want to see this little slice of home go away from West El Paso.

Maybe it’s just this location, but I didn’t enjoy my experience here. Other reviewers have noted that the donuts they’ve bought at this location were stale, and I’m sad to say that I had a similar experience. The service was also sub-par, which was disappointing. I don’t think I will be returning to this location any time soon.

They do not carry the gluten-free donuts. In fact, the girl working the register didn’t even know what«gluten-free» was!

Just trying it out. I ordered the ham and cheese and there was hardly any ham in it. Took it back when my wife noticed her turkey cheddar bacon had no bacon in it. Blank looks as to the ham problem, but told they were out of bacon and just served it anyway. Left our orders on the counter, demanded the manager and our money back. Got both and left. Incompetent but they were pleasant about it which is the only reason they got one star.
