I’ve been there twice. The first time I took it to go and while I was waiting the waitress gave me some complimentary frijoles charros and chips with salsa. Which was awesome and very tasty. They have only 2 choices of meat: pork or beef. I ordered a pork burrito and my gf the beef tacos. The pork is extremely greasy. It’s kind of like carnitas/barbacoa. The beef is nothing special pretty much the same as any mediocre taqueria. The prices are steep about $ 7 for the greasy pork burrito and $ 2 for a small bottle coke.
The second time I went my parents wanted to try it so I gave it another shot. This time they didn’t give us any frijoles she said it was only that one time. Hmm ok. I wouldn’t think the pork could get any greasier but it was dripping, soaked even worse than the first time. Yeah won’t be going back. Expensive greasy food.

Ordered the tacos de res with tomato, onions and cilantro and they were delicious and not greasy at all. The salsas were very good but, hot. Friendly staff and very clean restaurant.

Tacos are delicious!!! Everything is freshly prepared and the salsas are amazing! The owners greet you and serve you themselves– where else do you get this? I highly recommend El Borrego de Oro. It’s authentic Cd. Delicias, Chihuahua (Mexico) style food.

We love this place. My 6 yr old is a picky eater and she loves this place.
They have great food, great price and great great service.
