One of the worse experiences ever, and by a so called manager??? Amazing as it is, Walmart has no customer service but when you get challenged by some young kid. George, cashier supervisor had an issue because my wife and I had suggested if one of his associates could go to register #11 to remove a sensor tag because we had gone thru the self check out. We asked only because they had done it for the customer before. Well here trolled George claiming that they don’t do this because it «disrespects» the cashiers. Wt. Then he took off. I asked him what he meant and he just stood there. Its amazing to me how walmart associates talk to customers as if we are an inconvenience to them. Bottom line, l left had a chuckle about it. Just had to vent this as this is not OK to angrily talk to someone. Happy Holidays!

This walmart is super busy and always packed. As soon as you walk into the store it’s super hectic. Lines are usually long and some of the workers don’t speak much English. The Walmart market on edgemere is much smaller but way better.

I really don’t care for this location. I go here often only because it is the closest to my home and my job. It’s always crowded with very rude people(though I guess that’s the same for almost any Walmart). Most of the staff are clueless. For instance I went in looking for scrapbooking and photo albums. I was told it would be in the crafting department. Wrong. Asked a different employee who said it would be in the home office department. Wrong again. Asked a MANAGER and was told there was no such section. Went to the same location again wandering around the VERYLIMITED garden section and found an isle where they had photo albums, scrapbooks, and other scrapbook accessories including stickers, card stock, etc. I was totally in shock that three different employees one being a manager had NO idea where this section was or that it even existed. Another thing I hate about this location is I sent hubby in for a baking dish. He had to ask for help because he didn’t know what a baking dish is. He asked an employee hubby and I call«cool pants». «Cool pants» on multiple occasions has been NO help at all. Told my husband they didn’t carry baking dishes and finally my husband realized he was looking right at them the whole time, all the while being told they don’t carry them. «Cool pants» is a young kid, VERY curly Afro type hair style, and from what we’ve gathered doesn’t speak very much English. The restrooms are usually occupied by homeless people taking«poor man baths» and checking themselves out in the mirror. And I know it sounds awful for me to say but they constantly ask for money and it’s frustrating when hubby and I both work for a living, and I got a job in less than three weeks after living here in El Paso AND I do NOT speak Spanish. The last thing I’ll say is the phone lines. I have called on several occasions to see if they had something in stock or carried it all before driving up and going on an adventure of finding it. Every time I call I’m put on hold sometimes for ten minutes at a time, transferred three or four times, and put on hold again. It’s very frustrating and you have to ask the same question over and over just to be told«please hold while we transfer you to that department». All in all I will probably continue to shop here only for its convenience.

I have always came to this walmart with out a problem with friendly staff and a great selection of products. I have never tried to call and ask for something or a price said item until today. I called to see of they were in stock of said item and was promptly sent to that part of the department just to be on hold for 3 min and went back to the same lady that answered, I tried to say ma’am that ok when she cut me off and tried again. This happened about 5 times where we got into a small argument about just answering one question before she tried to send me off to the other department she said«fucking asshole» and that’s when I hung up. I believe her name was maria or something I asked for him name she would not give just said why sir? Why would you need my name? Kept beating around the bush. I am blown away a this!

There will always be a line for returns!!! But do not let that discourage you. This location is the cleanest and most organized Walmart I have ever been in. The staff is constantly working and getting new products up on the shelves. There is no weird and grotesque lingering smell upon entering. There are many cash registers to accompany the giant lines that begin to form. The cashiers are pleasant and willing to help. This is by far the best experience of a walmart I have ever had and will go out of my way to attend this location

Went before midnight for groceries. 2 checkouts open, 50 – 60 people in line. Then 1 checkout. Nobody moves. Called main store office, and asked for the floor manager to «get on the ball»(politely). 5 min later: 3 more checkouts opened up. Good save, Mr. Manager.

I’m a true fan of Wal-Mart. This one was the cleanest and most stocked Wal-Mart that I’ve been to in El Paso. I’ll go to any Wal-Mart, but this one will be my Go-To one when I need something.

This isn’t a Walmart Supercenter, but it is pretty well stocked, let’s call it a Walmart Prettygoodcenter. They really do have large grocery section and all around everything you expect from a Walmart Supercenter, only with significantly smaller crowds. Its also relatively new, so it is in better shape than most El Paso stores.
