First time in. Place looks good. Deserts are good. The girl on the register was very friendly and helpful. After we ordered we were told that they ran out of waffles. Odd because I though they were made fresh. The manager in grey was really rude about solving the problem and cut us off. Will come again but not to this location.

I think they have a Great selection of things to cater to that sweet tooth of yours. They are military friendly and honor the discount with out you having to ask for it. They keep me coming back for sure

Love the Boba tea. Finally found a place here in El Paso to get it. Had the savory ham crape and ended up bringing the hubby the savory bacon crape home. So yummy and large portions for the price. They also do a military discount which is cool.

I completely take back what I said about this place having no sense of professionalism. I was given the wrong flavor of yogurt by mistake and the supervisor Desire had no problem offering me a new one. Her response really impressed me, I wish all supervisors were like her. One thing I have noticed is that employees have no sense of urgency, for example on Sunday’s while the shop is busy and people are waiting 20+ minutes for their order. No one greets you when you walk in or thanks you when you walk out. The crepes are quite good but I have noticed that it depends on who makes them, some employees will create a great crêpe and others will serve you a soggy mess. I do appreciate that their fruit is always fresh, and delicious.

Pretty damn good stuff! The waffle was a little tough but the fresh toppings, whipped cream, and Friendly staff made this a trip well worth it.

We found Hana Banana as we were driving down Montana the other night. It caught our eye, so we made a turnaround(as seems all you do in EP) to get to it. It was close to closing time, this was our first visit. We had to go through the drive-thru, as the little one was asleep. It was really good! Let’s see… here is a rundown of what all we had… Coconut Boba Tea, Strawberry Smoothie, a 2 in 1 Shake — Banana & Chocolate and we just had to try a crêpe… it was a Strawberry & Kiwi Crêpe, it had whip cream with chocolate syrup. It was SO good! Everything we ordered was good. We all enjoyed our«snacks». Too bad I am not an El Pasonian, because I could enjoy this on a regular basis. But when I do go back to visit, it will be on my list. As I did read in some of the prior reviews, it does take a few minutes to get your order, however, everything is made fresh to order. So not a big deal with us. The staff was very helpful & patient in explaining their menu and products, smiled and thanked us for stopping by and wished us a great night,

Great music and cozy environment– perfect for studying or just hanging out. The serving was twice the size I expected for only paying $ 5. and it was super delicious!

The service here has been amazing. It was our first time here for dessert, as a recommendation by a friend. She walked me through things good for kids and as takeout. The crepes were amazing!

I loved the atmosphere minus the black leather counches. When I hear«Hana Banana» I think bright and vibrant. They looked so cozy and it was a nice touch but white or bright would really complete the look. I’m not very big on sweets so I was dissapinted that I had few options on the menu. Coffee No. 127 tasted really good and the bacon crêpe was delicious. It was not cold like a reviewer experienced but It was almost too big. I heard the staff welcome people in and seemed about as friendly as a teenager can get. Our order took long but it was worth the wait.

This place is amazing. When it’s your first time trying it, order one thing. We ordered 3 different ones but one would of been plenty for 2 adults. This is a must try while in El Paso.

I LOVE this place! Ever since I discovered it, I’ve been coming back at least twice a week! The Savory Crêpe with bacon is my absolute favorite! It’s like a breakfast explosion in your mouth! They put a very thin layer of egg on the crêpe, along with chunks of tomatoes and green onions and they don’t skimp on the cheese and bacon! They prepare it like a pizza and then roll it up like a cone, so you get an even distribution of ingredients in every bite. It’s so big, I always plan on eating half now and half later, but before I know it, I’ve eaten the entire thing because it is addictive!!! And you can get the savory crêpe any time of the day, not just for breakfast. If I’m feeling in the mood for a sweet crêpe, I get it with cheesecake, pecan, walnuts, whipped cream and nutella. Amazing!!! Seriously, if you don’t like the crepes here, it’s because you’re not choosing the right ingredients.

The place is very welcoming but I wasn’t expecting such sweets in every angle. I guess if you like sweets.

We love this place. We always order basic crepes through the drive-thru and they are delicious every time! Their smoothies are really good too. Only complaint is that they don’t offer anything but regular coffee, they should get an espresso machine!

I’ve been to this place about six times already. I’ve had good and bad experiences. It’s like a slot machine, hoping the next time I go will be when it’s good. I’m constantly drawn to this place because it almost tastes like the crepes I grew up eating as a kid They have expanded their menu since they first opened. With that said, they’re now open at 7AM for breakfast. I’ve only ever gone there for their crepes though, so I can’t really speak to their other menu items. The only issue I’ve had with their crepes is that sometimes theres SOMUCH fudge and sometimes its just right. It gets annoying when you’re trying to enjoy your crêpe, but it feels like you’re drinking chocolate syrup instead. The do have a drive-thru, so its convenient if you want to grab a quick snack. Well, quick might not be the right word since they make their crepes fresh, so you might be waiting a few minutes for your order. Inside, I love their wax display of the menu. That is really popular in Japan because you can walk into a restaurant and visually decide what looks appetizing. The one thing I wish Hana Banana would do is create a numbering system. Simply put a number next to each wax item, so a customer could just go up to the register and say«I want #4.» I still find myself going back and forth with the employee, trying to explain what I want. The furniture inside is set up so that you can hang out and enjoy your food, so thats a plus.

It was our first time here. The atmosphere is nice. Very up to date. The customer service was pleasant as well. Though there was no welcome or hello from when we walked in. 4 staff members were behind the counter. It took about 3 mins before anyone acknowledged us. Hana Banana has a variety of crêpe combinations to choose from and their hours of operation accommodates early birds. We arrived around 7:30 pm and ordered 3 items. Two crepes and a waffle combo. It took 25 minutes to receive our order. There was quite a wait considering.(Maybe they could possibly consider telling their guests that your order will take some time). The food good but not exceptional. Our combo also came with a small coffee which tasted hours old. We were happy to try the place though. We probably won’t be returning too soon.

This is a cool concept place with good atmosphere, clean, free wifi(have to ask for the code), and good food with good presentation. As a mainly breakfast place(at least in my book), there should be more options for coffee if they want to make it work. The waffle was really good, but they didn’t have one that I originally wanted, which was the mango. They should clearly state that the option is seasonal, or not have it on the main menu. I went to WalMart minutes later and they had mangoes in the produce section. I reccommend it, but know that there are not many options on the menu. Also, if you go through the drive through, you will get your food a lot quicker than if you dine in.

It’s okay. As written before, the crepes come out cold but I like the interior design and how they present their food. You can see samples made out or plastic so it’s more visual. I actually like that there was a calm atmosphere but the staff was bored I guess because they didn’t have much to do. I like the whole concept of add toppings, from a variety of fruits to icecream, whipped cream, nuts, or even cheesecake wrapped in a crêpe. I will try the waffles next time, but to be honest it’s something that you’re able to do in your own home as well. Maybe I will b back if some other friends want to meet up there, but it’s not my go-to place for desert. Other than that, it’s very clean, you got free wifi and they also have drive-thru. Oh, it’s no table service btw… So head to the counter.

Crepes are kinda the unsung hero of the dessert world, especially in El Paso where there aren’t many places to get them. Hana Banana is a nice change of pace from the usual frozen or baked dessert places, their Crepes are pretty darn good! The crepes are freshly made in front of you using the tiniest of Mongolian grills, and while the toppings selection seems simple, the possibilities are pretty extensive. You gotta put Nutella and whipped cream, that’s just Crepes 101, but there’s lots of fruit and sauce options to take it from there. I’m partial to strawberries. I love the atmosphere, modern and relaxed, with lots of tables, reasonably loud music and free Wi-Fi!
