White Spur Park

This playground is pretty cool. Thank you Unilocal for this great find! I took my daughter here and she had a blast. The best part, that its FREE! There is plenty places to sit and shade. I like how they have the décor like castles and dragons and even a toddler area. It is near a railroad track, so it was pretty cool for my daughter to see the train go by.

So cute. Could be better maintained (musical equipment, looking at you!) but my 2 year old couldn’t tell the difference. Also, how many parks even have musical equipment!!! Nice shady areas to eat around and even in the playground area.

I took my kids to this park for the playground. It is such an awesome facility, however there was a ton of trash littered about the playground. My in-​laws and I cleaned up some of the trash but didn’t put a dent in it. The mulch was sparse in some areas and left the weed paper below uncovered. This could be a bad tripping hazard for little kids running around.
It’s seriously a shame that such a great playground doesn’t get the attention it deserves.

It’s a nice, clean, small park with a very nice playground for kids. But if like me you’re looking for a place to run without doing circles around a ¼ mile park, this just isn’t the place to go. The overall park is ver small, though if you’re concerned about safety it is just off a busy road and close to a fire station.

This is a very nice and well taken care of park. Kid friendly for both small and older kids. Plenty of running room, shade and parking. Kids play area is fenced in with one entrance. So it’s easy to watch kids or hang out at the sitting area near the entrance and watch kids play. It is pet friendly! I highly recommend it for evening family fun.

This is, by far my favorite park to take the kids to in El Paso. I love their playground! There is also a big field there where kids are playing sports. I love going in the summer since there are misters that the kids love running through. This might not always be the case, but each time I’ve gone here, it always seems clean. I find this surprising because there is always the obligatory ice cream truck hanging around. You’d think there’d be more litter out there. If you live in this area, or happen to be there, go.
Oh, and I only knew this place as Love Park before. If guess its known by both names.
