They arrived unannounced and locked people in from going to work for almost an hour unnecessarily. He said just 10 minutes at first, but about an hour later, and a call to the owner, the man who said «the gate is too heavy for us to lift» lifted it open by himself with one hand… No springs, nothing done except some welding to remove some very small mounting plates. This guy lied, couldn’t be bothered, and disrupted everyones schedule because he didn’t want to stop for the 60 seconds it took to open the gate and let people out. HORRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID!
