They are great! I started going when I was so out of shape. I’ve been going for about a year now and I never regret going, the classes are affordable and I am in much better shape then ever before. Do not hesitate to sign up for a class!

Pilates on Main has taught me that Pilates is a lifestyle to achieve a positive long-​term transformation in how you feel, how you look and ultimately how you live. Angela Curran (owner) and Sarah Staton are both very knowledgeable and patient instructors. After a series of sessions I felt my body’s bones stack up in a totally novel way, with better balance, leaner legs, and more flexibility. Pilates on Main very much believes in pushing their clients to become healthier, stronger, happier people every single session!

I have been doing Pilates here now for over a year and a half. Love it here! The knowledge of the instructors is the best. I have various issues with knee and back and doing Pilates gives me a great workout and helps me strengthen all areas of my body. I take both private and mixed level classes with Sara. She researches ways to help me strengthen my quads so I can put off having knee replacement as long as possible. Pilates is great for any age especially at Pilates on main.

Wow! This place is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to get an incredible private session from Angela Curran, the owner of the studio. Angela’s knowledge was quite apparent from the beginning of our session. I was intimidated by a «pilates workout» initially, but Angela put me at ease and helped me through the entire process – explaining how I should perform each exercise and encouraging me throughout our lesson. I’m really excited to go back to see her again because, you can really feel you are getting an «all over» body workout. I’m also going to check out the group classes – they seem really affordable. I will definitely be returning. By the way… the studio is super clean and cute which is always a plus for me!
