As a user of their Final Fantasy 11 I thank them for the ten years plus of service, but I find their arrogance when dealing with the game players who pay over 160 dollars a year in service fees when it comes to game balance adjustments with certain job classes in the game rather unacceptable. They should not ban their players from official communications channels such as their forum because they dropped the pooch when it comes to «fixes and changes». Thank You

Dear Square Enix, I love you. Thank you for populating my youth with awesome games like Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy. Thank you for killing Aeris so that I could make fun of my friends that actually cried(OK, I may have leaked out a tear or two… and perhaps a heartfelt«NOOOOOOOOOO!»). Thank you for bringing the childlike joy that I once had for gaming with Kingdom Hearts. So, thank you. And keep up the awesome work! ~F

A great company to work for despite the several hours of overtime and stress. The folks working at the US branch located in El Segundo, are a great bunch of people, and we always had fun. Square Enix itself has grown to be one of the more known Japanese gaming companies in the industry due to their flag ship franchises like Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Kingdom Hearts, and many more. Although they are currently on top of the RPG world, they are making several attempts to broaden their range as far as genres go. Since picking up Eidos, I believe they have more opportunities to grow and prosper. It was a difficult decision for me to leave this company since I’ve always wanted to work for them since I was a little kid. I would say that working for Square Enix, I’ve gained so much valuable experience that I can take with me to other gaming companies, as well as other industries. On top of that, they have a great team there(though constantly changing), and I am proud of being part of the Square Enix family.

Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Chrono series… Square-Enix is known for all things RPG. They are the leaders of the genre, always releasing the latest RPG to fill my schedule. Their localization has really improved over the years, which is super important when it comes to RPGs and tons and tons of dialogue. When they were separate companies I was a big fan of both and now that they have united they are unstoppable.
