This site right here having no clue what it does goes through many unsuccesful games a year. They shun any productivity, literally run on 2 dollar servers and have the worst customer service Ive seen by far of any company. It is a common topic on multiple games I play of the lag and how OGplanet is not for the common person.
To put it in more detail
Unsuccesful games per year:
OGplanet seems to not have a clue what it is doing, they have gone through multiple games a year that are cancelled by the end of a week giving a hard time to the servers and proving how one sided and money minded they are. They dont care about quality customer service, only youre wallet.
Productivity:
They seem not to know anything about trends or what people want as they keep handing things that make there games have less quality and less variety, there is no design whatsoever besides cheap animé looking flicks
Connectivity Issues:
It seems that every single second the game gets so unbearably laggy that people get off the games to sit down or just get disconneted by the servers themselves, Its very annoying. That I can not sit down and enjoy my game without it going off and people start popping in and out of nowhere it is unfair and there has been nothing done about it for 3 years now which I beleive is inhumane towards its players. A lot has been said to the buisiness owners but they continue to ignore it. and in some cases Ive heard ban the players who speak out against them. Im glad that Im protected through my username on Unilocal for fear that I might be banned.
Customer service:
This by far is a joke towards what they say and do. This is Customer abuse really. I have been assaulted verbally and multiple times on this server I have screen-​shotted which they do not explain anywhere in the game how to do (Prnt Screen button) and have recorded people slandering me verbally abusive and sexually harrasing me, Ive listed people recently who have done so and it is 9 pages long of names dates and reasons. I constantly report them to the company which clearly states in there guidelines (Cursing/​Swearing or use of Inappropriate Language or Harasssing Other Players which otherwise will result in a ban) and OGplanet has done absolutely nothing but send me the excuse I need a screenshot to do it even though I clearly state that I have a screenshot of the event happening and include it as an attachement. Two users by the name Donnnyy and xMalc both called me a b*tch, told me to suck their d*ck and were very sexually harrasing to me. When I asked them to stop they said for me to shut the f*ck up. I have included multiple screenshots of this taking place.

They have a blatent disregard for this happening and have clearly not bothered to open my attachement or even budge to it. They have erased several accounts of my mail towards them after I told them I would contact the Better Buisiness Bureau to see the company is lawfully doing the right thing. They are apparently not, therefore I am contacting them as we speak about this atrocious company.
I know I am not the only one experiencing this because many people play there game and see and think the same thing as me. I would not recomend there games to anyone. and I seriously do mean that.
