I went to this game stop once and saw a Game of Thrones iron throne room construction set from the Mc Farlane toy line. I was really interested in coming in and buying a set that was on sale but I didn’t want to drive all the way out there if they didn’t have it in stock. I called in and asked Patrick if they had it in stock and he quickly replied no and I had a feeling that he didn’t even bother to check. so I happen to be in the area later on that day and I stopped by and the set was in stock…

Great staff! They held a near sold out item for me, and gave me fair prices for my used games too. I also like that GS has a customer service person roaming the store asking if you need help vs. standing behind the counter like most video game places talking about their latest piercing and tattoo work until your ready to check out.

I’ll post the same thing here as I did in Google maps: Best GameStop location I’ve ever been to. One of the store managers, John, is absolutely responsive to customer needs and works incredibly hard to provide stellar service. This is now my store of choice.

I went to several different electronic game stores, sold something that actually did not work for my son’s game console and ultimately ended up at GameStop after returning the item to the other store. They originally thought the gamer headset would not work with his 360 console either but they took the time to look it up, looked up another set and it’s price to give me several options. The store was incredibly crowded being the day after Christmas but they were fast, efficient and so friendly. Unlike the previous store I had been in. They wanted to ensure they sold me what was going to work with our console versus just making a sale that wouldn’t work. I highly recommend this store. Their staff is friendly, knowledgable, quick and efficient. They should have been the first place I went to. They will be in the future.

«Buy used always,» that’s my motto. Game Stop has the widest selection of used games anywhere. My gaming addiction has long drawn to a close but when I need a little gaming fix this is where I go. Helpful service too. I’ve found the this store off Rosecrans to be particullarly well stocked and well staffed.

I have bought games here a few times and called for information on products. The game Stop team is always on their game here and up to date on information. Best believe I’m going to buy my PlayStation 4 from this store. I love game Stop.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The customer service is horrible & there is this offensive recording that tells you that you are being watched. But the worst part is when the manager stands behind the register working on the computer while there is a long line in the store. I was the third person in line and it was 10 minutes before I got up the register. There was only one other employee & he was going as fast as he could. I then get to the front of the line & he said she will me that he had to clock out. So the manager that was ignoring us in line was noe helping me. No smile, no sorry for the wait, nothing. This was not the first time that this location has done this to me it w was even the same manager. I will never go back.

I’m one of those guys who it’s nearly impossible to buy a gift for, because if I want something, I go out and get it. That’s what brought me out to this Gamestop before Christmas. I decided to pick up a PS Vita for my plane rides overseas as opposed to playing on my iPhone or iPad.
I wish I remembered the employee’s name because he provided a level of customer service which makes me feel like I met someone like me; someone who loves what they do because he knew all about gaming as well as the games.
He even found me a refurbished PS Vita which he was able to provide me at a deeper discount than advertised (reasons unknown as I didn’t ask) as well as going out of his way, to look in the back store room for used games which added to my savings.
All is working great and the «gamer» in me is one happy camper.

Always tell u what’s best in gaming never afraid to say this game sux to save ur money for a better one. All the guys here are good but best experiences I’ve had happened with Sergio don’t find good customer service they off give this man a raise

I really just adore the GameStop staff. Whenever I come in here, they are very helpful and friendly and do not seem to mind going to the back to check on whatever game or Skylander I am looking for. You can trade your games for credit, and while you don’t get much — it does help. They also have a loyalty club you can join and get a better price on games. If you are into gaming or have kids into gaming, then you will be spending a lot of time here, and they make it pleasant and easy!

They serve their purpose — getting games in on time — accepting your $ 5 deposit — tell you of the latest and the greatest news of gaming while they ring you up.
The store, like all other Game Stops, is sectioned off by console/gaming system. Their staff is moderately knowledgeable, but I get most of my information from the videos they have playing in the background while waiting my turn in line.
Their used game prices are kind of high for the titles that I looked at, being how outdated some of the games were. For the most part, if I want to buy used, I’d look online. but what can you say? Game Stop is a business — needs to make money somewhere.
The parking could be challenging during peak business hours as it shares the same lot as many popular food joints.
Again — they serve their purpose, pretty well organized, and moderately knowledgeable. You already know what you’re going to get when you walk in.

Can get busy at times. Knowledgable employees. Parking and streets surrounding this place can get really congested. Store is pretty organized and clean. Location is the big problem, but that’s not their fault.

Never had a problem with this GameStop. The employees are knowledge able about current games and the games that are about to come out. They always had my reserved copy of a game and didn’t have to go to another place to get it. It’s good when you have a gamer work at a game store.
Not like I mind much, but the floors could be vacuumed more often and dusting of the games could be done more often. Other than that. This place is great.
