Was using this guys more than a year for notary and UPS — they are always smiling when you are coming in!
Friendly, professional and they remember you. No lines is a BIG PLUS!

I made my yearly pilgrimage to the UPS store yesterday. This store is just plain awesome. I did not get the name of the guy helping me, but his customer service skills were top notch. I shipped a couple of boxes to different addy’s on the East coast. The packages will be there in time for xmas, and I did not break the bank. The staff was friendly, there is ample parking, and I don’t have to get on the freeway to get there. I can’t see how an experience gets any better!

I had boycotted the USPS after a completely unpleasant experience at the Manhattan Beach USPS location. Came across this location during a search for FedEx and UPS services over three years ago. This location has both UPS and (pleasant) USPS services.
I am always greeted with a smile. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve dropped things off near closing time and I’ve never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone. They’ve helped me with copies, packages and mail.
Thanks for making mail fun again!

Nice people, but 1 $ per page to print, and it took 20 min for them to print 3 pages? Eek

If you can avoid using this location please do at all cost. Our office is situated in El Segundo and this UPS center is the only one in our vicinity. When I tell you that we have shipping issues with this facility every time we use them that is an understatement. The last time we used them I told the manager and his assistant that we have had issues every time that we ship with them. They ended up losing two of the boxes with a value of over $ 1,000. When I went back into the office and reminded him of the conversation we had he said there is nothing he can do and to contact UPS. Please give your business elsewhere.

Aaron is the bomb. Been helping me with my shipping needs, sometimes unusual and trying ones, for ten years now. Otherwise just another 4-​star operation (points off for tight-​as-​heck parking and awful copier facility but Aaron makes it a definite 5).

Every time I walk in here everyone is so friendly and helpful! I actually look forward to mailing packages because of these people. They always ship for the cheapest price possible. Let me tell you, the woman who works here deserves a raise! She has a smile and always gives great service. To all the employees here, the world needs more companies filled with people like you!

One of the easier UPS stores to get you packages from the car to the counter, parking in back there are reserved spots for UPS customers and it is only a couple of stairs to get you packages in the door, if you don’t want to go up the stairs the front entrance is also available. Staff is good as well.

This place goes above and beyond and others need to take note. Whoever owns this place should give Peggy a raise — she is awesome as is everyone else. The lax ups store is closer to me and I stopped going because of this store. One of the last businesses in L.A. that truly understands customer service.

I’ve been coming here on and off for years. The service was always great, but they went above and beyond. I shipped a package that I packed myself and unfortunately the recipient informed me that it was a broken. I called the 800 number for UPS and tried to file a claim by phone and then online and was told I needed to get some kind of number from the store.
I went to the store the following day and was told that the store would file the claim for me and they did. It took about two weeks and I was kept informed and the claim was settled in my favor. This place is so impressive for their integrity and excellent customer service. I will use them for all my shipping needs!

These guys are awesome. I keep my mailbox there and send all my UPS shipping through this place. It’s like walking into Cheers minus the alcohol.

I like any place that will make my life easier! I had purchased my sis a birthday present and didn’t have a box to mail it. So, I came here and the lady was so pleasant. She found a box, packaged the items and even put the peanuts (white foamy things) inside, so it wouldn’t move all around. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Wasn’t busy on a Monday morning. Easy and quick!

I had a split second on my lunch break to get a document notarized. Went to my new favorite UPS store and was happy to see a familiar, smiling face… Peggy’s. She notarized my document and I was out the door in two shakes of a lamb’s tail. Thanks again for excellent service!

Always nice when employees close registers 30 mins before the store closes so they can leave early.

I had a merchandise return for which the merchant sent me a prepaid return label with instructions to take it to a UPS location. I took my very large box into the store and was on my way in about 30 seconds. The associate was quick and courteous taking my package at no cost to me. Quick and easy!

I’ve visited this location MANY times and have always received EXCELLENT service! They go above and beyond to make your package secure, even if you ultimately decide to take the package to the post office for mailing.
Today I came through with an item to return to Amazon but I didn’t have the original box anymore. I just knew I’d need to buy a box. No problem, it’s what I expected. Well, I told Peggy what I needed and she immediately went outside and got me a used box so that I didn’t have to spend any money. Yeah, that saved me about $ 2 – 3, a small amount, but that’s not the point. It’s the amazing customer service with her going beyond what she really was required to do. I love this place and will continue to come back. Two thumbs up!

This review is not intended to cast dispersions on the USPS, but somewhere around 1998, I lost a lot of faith in them and started using a mail service. Fast forward to 2002 and I found myself all alone working in Los Angeles and living in El Segundo, CA.
The UPS store, formerly called Mailboxes Etc., is located on Main Street near its intersection with Grand Avenue. The staff there is super friendly, and many of the Mailboxes Etc. employees were kept when the store officially became the UPS Store. They were genuinely happy to have me as a customer and sign me up for a mailbox rental. After a few months, and for my remaining years as a customer, they would often see me walking in and hand me my mail instead of having me open my box and retrieve it. They have a small town mentality and are definitely geared towards personalized customer service.
This is a great location to ship packages, receive packages (if you are never home like me) or just receive your mail in a secure environment. They also sell stamps, and make daily mail drops to the post office (next door). However, the El Segundo Post Office can often get crowded, so the UPS Store is a great alternative. Everyone who has a mailbox gets a card key 24 hour access so it doesn’t matter what time you want to pick up your boxed mail.
Parking can sometimes be a little tricky as there are only a few spots out front. However, there is parking in the rear (behind El Tarasco) or on the side street (Franklin).

Great staff, always consistent. Never had an issue with this store. Highly recommended for all your shipping needs. Always have options for you to choose from if you do not have your own shipping supplies.
They also offer usps and p. o boxes.
