Love the service here! The staff is friendly and efficient and the shop is in an awesome location!
Anytime I need help shipping gifts, clothing returns, or just greeting cards they are always there to assist.
Recently I had an issue with a return and Aim was able to forward me my proof of postage within two minutes of calling!

Friendly staff. Just went here to mail a letter (I didn’t have stamps or an envelope). I was in and out fairly quickly. Seemed a lot quicker than going to a FedEx spot, too

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however I find it off-​putting when a business such as this charges a fee for the use of a credit card. I mentioned to the staff that this practice was illegal and they disagreed. Here is the link…

I’ve had a mailbox here for a few months now, and every time I go in, everyone is so exceptionally nice. It’s always great to walk in to any establishment and be greeted with a smile. Everyone is very helpful too, offering to help with packages and larger parcels. Someone has even held the door for me on more then a few occasions. They provide mail services as well, but there is a small fee. But for convenience and good service, what’s a few cents? I would recommend this place to anyone in need of mail services, a mail box, passport photos, etc.

I went there last week to get a document notarized. It was quick and easy. No lines and the guy over the counter was efficient as well. I have been here a couple of years back and had a box shipped. Again. efficient. Who doesn’t like that for a mail center?

AIM mail center is such a great place for Printing and all small business needs! The service is fast and friendly, and All the flyers, postcards, business cards, stickers and other things I’ve had printed there look really professional and have helped me take my business to the next level. Ryan does excellent graphic design and helps me bring my ideas to life!
I’ve also had custom party invitations printed, and shipped countless boxes. They do an excellent job creating custom sizes and packing fragile items and even the most delicate items have arrived safely.
They are able to pack gifts so that wrapping and arrangement doesn’t get crushesd as well. (I’m really into my big pretty bows, and I like to know they will not be all mashed and ugly when they arrive to my out of town family)
I will never bother with the unfriendly, slow post office again!

I signed up for a mailbox earlier this year because I didn’t want the mailman to leave our wedding presents on the porch!
What a great mail center! Everyone here is very friendly and very helpful. They always offer to help carry out packages for me. I’ve also had to ship a few packages and this has been more convenient for me than going to the post office. There is a small surcharge for post office services, but I imagine it’s worth it if you want to avoid the lines at the post office, especially during the holidays!
They also provide notary services for $ 10.

I will start off by saying that the lady that helped me with my package was very friendly and nice. The problem was with the over $ 3.00 extra charge they wanted to charge me on top of my flat rate postal charge. That brought the price to almost $ 8.50 to ship a flat rate box that shipped from Office Depot or the post office is $ 5.35. When I asked what the charge was for they couldn’t tell me. I let them know that I could ship it from Office Depot for no extra charge and he told me that perhaps I should go to Office Depot then.

I hesitated to write this review because this little gem is one of El Segundo/​Manhattan Beach’s best kept secrets.
I LOVE the AIM Mail Center! I can slip in here any time of day and get my packages in the mail quickly and easily. My Christmas shipping has never been easier!
All the workers are extremely helpful and friendly.

One thing to note is that they do not carry USPS Priority boxes so if you want Priority/​flat-​rate boxes, you will need to pick them up at the post office. They will accept the boxes but they do not have them in the store.
