I decided to get my wedding invitations done here, and the whole experience was the most frustrating experience I have had with a vendor. I went in with high hopes thinking this would be a great vendor to work with and that it would probably be the smoothest part of the wedding planning; after all, Debbie seemed very nice and knowledgeable. However, things did not go very smoothly. Communication was a big problem with Debbie. She was slow to respond to emails, at times she did not follow through on what she said she would do, and she would forget information I had already told her regarding the invitations, as well as many other issues. She is quite disorganized, and many things were not done correctly that should have been the first time around because of this, resulting in extra proofs that needed to be done and many headaches. I thought the end result would make up for all the headaches going back and forth with Debbie caused, but it really didn’t. Overall, my invitations were beautiful except for one of the pieces. Had I been informed that it wasn’t printing like the proof showed me it would, this problem could have been avoided and fixed. I feel that Debbie should have pointed out the issue to me, but she did not and now it’s too late. If you have a LOT of time to get invitations done, and if you have the patience to deal with some disorganization and miscommunication, then you may have a decent experience. For those of you who like vendors who are organized, timely, and communicate well with you so that there are no surprises, then honestly, I would look elsewhere.

Dropped by on Saturday afternoon well within store hours, and store was closed. Not a *back in 5 minutes* sign, but lights out, door locked, no one home type close. I peeked in, and there were binders strewn everywhere in a teeny tiny shop. Maybe it’s going out of business? It was disappointed as my fiancé and I were going to try to get our wedding invites there. No big deal as we hopped over to Manhattan Beach and made our selection!

Give yourself a wedding gift and avoid this place! Who knew save the dates could be so stressfull. I really should just cut and paste the Emails that she sent to us throughout the process. She is incredibly rude and makes everything much more difficult than it needs to be. She never returns calls or Emails, makes appointments and then triple books clients. So we have had to wait accross the street for over an hour. Now if she sends you an Email she expects you to immediately relpy or she will send you a condescending Email demanding that you respect her time. There are hidden costs, she charged us $ 130 just to print addresses on 52 save the dates. Including a $ 50 «printer set up fee» what is that? We were happy to pay just to never have to deal with her again. Our save the dates look horrible, she did not even center the addresses nor did she double check for errors. $ 350 for 60 save the dates and some extra blank enevelopes. Worst experience ever!!! She even ripped her name off from an established invitation shop in Redondo Beach. Sara Shults
